NICKMERCS reveals his overpowered Cold War MP5 Warzone Loadout
Twitch streamer NICKMERCS attempts to shake up the Warzone meta with his new Cold War MP5 loadout.
In a video posted by streaming sensation NICKMERCS, he attempts to show us the true power of the Cold War MP5 in Warzone. While deadly, he notes that it’s basically useless past close-range, stating, “It definitely does the job close range, you shouldn’t struggle there, but as soon as you get past 10, 15 feet, good luck”.
While weapons like the MAC-10 and FFAR are currently dominating the meta for close-range engagements, the Cold War MP5 really steps in for those fights. It offers a middle ground between the fast fire rate of both the MAC-10 and FFAR, while offering a bit more accuracy over both weapons.
With that being said, it’s definitely worth a try when paired up with an LMG like the Bruen or Assault Rifle like the Kilo 141. Here’s the breakdown of NICKMERCS’s loadout.
- Barrel – 9.5″ Task Force: Additional bullet velocity, damage and
- Stock – No Stock: Faster sprint to fire times for quicker ADS.

- Ammunition – STANAG 50 Rnd Drum: Larger magazine to take down entire squads.
- Rear Grip – Speed Tape: Faster aim down sight speed.
