The rejuvenated XM4 Assault Rifle has become a favorite of Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff in Warzone Season 4, and he’s revealed his top XM4 class to use on Rebirth Island.

The beauty of a buff is that a weapon can go from absolute obscurity to being a bonafide meta-weapon that sits comfortably in most players’ loadouts. The Milano now features in many Season 4 Warzone loadouts, thanks to a recent buff, and JGOD recently explained how significant the latest XM4 buff was.

NICKMERCS has gravitated towards Rebirth Island a lot more recently and is even considering quitting battle royale. So to increase his chances of winning a game of Rebirth, he’s come up with a great XM4 Assault Rifle class loadout.

In a recent Warzone video, he described the XM4 as: “One of my favorite guns to use in the game period, but especially on Rebirth because you can pair it with a Kar98k, a Sniper, and it’s a great overkill sniper class.”

He continues to rain down plaudits for the XM4 by saying that it’s “By far my favorite overkill sniper class I ever had. MP5, MP7, P90, AS Val, nah, XM4, beautiful – trust me.”

Using his XM4 class, Nick goes on to drop a solid 16-kill game in Rebirth, and you can tell how much he’s enjoying both the loadout and playing Rebirth.

  • Muzzle: Agency Suppressor
  • Laser: Tiger Team Spotlight
  • Optic: Microflex LED
  • Stock: Raider Pad
  • Ammunition: Salvo 60 Rnd Fast Mag

Nick’s XM4 is loaded with some quality attachments to make it even more deadly, and the first of which is the classic Agency Suppressor – the ultimate noise-canceling device. Next up is the Tiger team Spotlight for mobility and the Microflex LED for a cleaner sight.

The Raider Pad is a useful attachment to gain some of that much-needed Warzone movement speed, and the Salvo 60 Rnd Fast Mag accelerates that reload time.

These attachments help NICKMERCS to run a fearsome XM4 that can take down anyone in a second. Hopefully, it will help you with your Warzone gameplay.

FaZe Swagg reveals Vanguard weapon that will dominate Warzone Pacific

As Call of Duty players are gearing up for Warzone Pacific, FaZe Swagg claims this Vanguard weapon is going to dominate from the start.

M1 Garand Swagg

Warzone Pacific is right around the corner and players are starting to wonder which Vanguard weapons will make their mark. FaZe Swagg believes this Marksman Rifle is poised to take over.

Alongside a brand new map, Warzone players will receive an extensive selection of new weapons to choose from. On December 8, players will get the chance to test out a whopping 40 Vanguard weapons

Of the 40 new additions, Warzone superstar Swagg has his eye on one in particular. Predicting meta shifts is no easy task but Swagg certainly has the pedigree and experience to back up his claims.

M1 Garand Heirloom blueprint

When Swagg hits Caldera’s sandy shores on December 8, he’ll be doing so with M1 Garand in hand. Interestingly enough, Vanguard’s M1 Garand has been available as a weapon in Warzone as of Season 6

Swagg was able to test the weapon in Verdansk and he believes its excellent qualities will carry over to Caldera. Of the 40 new weapons, the M1 Garand is one of three Marksman Rifles. As evidenced in Swagg’s video, players will need a steady trigger finger to utilize the semi-automatic weapon.

M1 Garand Heirloom attachments

  • Muzzle: Mk. 2 Stabilizer
  • Barrel: Cooper 25″ Custom
  • Optic: SVT-40 PU Scope 3-6x
  • Stock: Cooper Adjustable
  • Underbarrel: Carver Foregrip
  • Magazine: Extended Mags
  • Rear Grip: Grooved Reargrip
  • Perk 1: Acquisition Perk 1

The Heirloom M1 Garand blueprint is available through the Season 6 battle pass once players hit the 72nd tier.

Unfortunately, these are preset attachments that currently cannot be adjusted in Warzone. Once Warzone Pacific launches on December 8, players will be able to tweak this weapon’s attachments in Warzone and make it more powerful.

For now, you may want to focus on gaining weapon level XP with the M1 Garand in Vanguard. With more attachments at your disposal, you’ll be able to easily adapt to the Warzone meta. This loadout will produce the best results in Vanguard’s Multiplayer.

Stay tuned to CharlieINTEL throughout Vanguard Season 1 and Warzone Pacific launch week for all the latest news and updates.

Warzone players want one major fix from Verdansk to ensure Pacific Caldera is amazing

Warzone players are excited for Pacific Caldera, but one major fix to an issue that haunted Verdansk could make the game even better.

Player firing a weapon in Warzone Pacific Caldera

Warzone’s Pacific Caldera map release is just days away, but players are begging Raven to fix an issue with the game’s parachutes that could make dropping in a nightmare.

After months of speculation and hype, we are just days away from saying farewell to Verdansk. The launch of Vanguard & Warzone Season 1 will introduce the new Pacific Caldera map, with players able to explore and battle on the island from December 8.

While players are excited about the major update, fans are extremely concerned about one issue that has plagued Warzone since launch which still hasn’t been fixed: Parachute deployment.

Warzone player dropping into Verdansk

In a post on the official Warzone subreddit, players banded together to complain about the game’s parachute system. When jumping off high areas like buildings or cliffs, the game usually lets players pull their chute to avoid dying from fall damage.

Unfortunately, this isn’t always the case, as many Warzone competitors have jumped off ledges expecting to be fine, only to plummet to their demise. With Pacific Caldera appearing to have a heap of high spots like cliffs, mountains, and buildings, this could prove to be a serious issue.

To hammer home the point, Reddit user ‘TTV_xxero_foxx’ included a clip of them jumping off a rock area, only to slam into the stone and eliminate themselves. “For the love of God, fix parachute deployment issues with Caldera,” they wrote. “That map looks like it has a lot of verticality in the middle and I’m sick of dying like this.”

Other Warzone players agreed with this sentiment, with one user admitting they feared Caldera would be even worse than Verdansk because of the “varying landscape,” while another labeled it “super annoying” and said it happens to them when they jumped off buildings.

Most players agree that the issue seems to come from players being too close to buildings when they jump off, which appears to stop parachutes opening.

Whether Raven Software has addressed this issue remains to be seen, but we’ll find out on December 8 when the map releases for everyone. Warzone’s devs have already responded to concerns about the major changes to loadout drops in Pacific Caldera.

Warzone Pacific trailer hints at the ability to climb rocks in Caldera

The recent Warzone Pacific Caldera trailer may have hinted at the ability to climb rocks, which has previously been next to impossible.

The latest Warzone Pacific Season 1 trailer showed off parts of the new map, Caldera. The trailer may have also hinted at the ability to climb rocks, which has previously been a frustrating experience in Verdansk.

Most Warzone players who have experienced their fair share of game-time in Verdansk will know exactly how frustrating it is to climb up rocks within the map’s mountainous terrain. It can be very annoying especially when you need to reposition quickly away from the gas or enemies.

Things like this don’t exactly make Warzone the most smooth experience when it comes to movement, but the recent Warzone Pacific trailer may have hinted at improvements to climbing in Caldera.

The Call of Duty battle royale game is about to get a heap of changes on December 8 when Warzone Pacific Season 1 drops. As well as the Vanguard integration, which will bring a bunch of WWII weapons and Loadout changes, we are also getting the new map Caldera.

Players have been waiting for this moment for some time now, and it may bring even more changes than expected.

As well as a recent hint towards a new Molotov use, fans are also decoding the Caldera reveal trailer. Warzone content creator JGOD believes that the narration in the trailer may have hinted at the ability to climb in Caldera.

In the trailer, the narrator says “survey the land from above by climbing natural rock formations.”

This sentence alone has caused the belief that players will be able to climb up rocky terrain to get high ground. If true, this is a very exciting gameplay mechanic for players, as it will improve movement and overall quality of life when traversing the map.

However, some fans aren’t holding their breath, as the trailer could have silly been referring to the rock formation in the video that looks like a bridge rather than actually climbing rocks: “Maybe climb (walk) up things like that rock arch, but no way we’re scaling rock faces.”

We’ll have to wait and see how accurate the speculation is come December 8, which is when those with early access will get to experience the map exclusively. Until then, check out FaZe Swagg’s “2 SHOT” AN-94 loadout.
