NICKMERCS & TimTheTatman explain how to make Warzone 2’s map perfect

NICKMERCS and TimTheTatman discuss warzone 2

Although done with Warzone at the moment, Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff is excited for Warzone 2 and discussed with TimTheTatman and Cloakzy what would make the sequel’s map perfect.

Tired of Warzone, NICKMERCS made the switch to Apex Legends last year. The switch ended up being permanent, with its Ranked Mode giving him reason to keep grinding the game. Plus, Nick has said that he has no interest in playing a WW2 game.

However, it sounds like Infinity Ward’s Modern Warfare 2 and the Warzone sequel could bring him back in, and what the developers could do to make the map perfect.

Warzone’s developers like to sneak a few classic maps into the battle royale, with Verdansk having TV Station, Vacant, and Scrapyard. Caldera contained a few more, with Shipment and World at War’s Makin Day. But, NICKMERCS, TimTheTatman, and Cloazky want even more for Warzone 2.

Nick was out of the loop when it came to Call of Duty 2022, but perked up when Tim told him that it’s Modern Warfare 2 and said: “that’ll be fire.”

After TimTheTatman said he wants to “land in Highrise, run through Terminal, and end up near Favela,” Nick said this is something they’ve been asking for since Warzone launched. “They make these great Call of Duty maps and then they just die. Why? Just put them in Warzone,” he explained.

Topic begins at 1:58

NICKMERCS rage quitted Warzone later in the stream, so we doubt that he’ll be making a full return before Warzone 2. But, if he enjoys the map alongside the modern-day weapons, we could see him playing a lot more Warzone.

He has also said Warzone will die without a Ranked Mode, and the developers have confirmed plans to include one but they “want to do Ranked right.”
