Octane’s frustrating Stim glitch returns in Apex Legends Season 10
Apex Legends players have discovered a new exploit in Season 10 that is greatly similar to the infamous Octane Stim glitch from Season 6, and this new one might be even more effective.
You can quickly maneuver around the battlefield during combat when you play as Octane in Apex Legends. The character’s Stim ability allows him to heal if you’re taking too much damage.
However, there was an exploit in Season 6 that allowed players to make him run with the effect active for a while longer, and the devs fixed it. Now, a similar glitch has been discovered in Season 10.
Twitch streamer iiTzTimmy was hunting an enemy player in Apex Legends with the Bocek Bow while playing as Octane. The streamer then activated the Stim ability once, which resulted in him running straight through a Wraith portal.
As he entered the portal, he was able to activate the Stim ability once again before he could exit. The player was amazed that he was able to double Stim while moving extremely fast.
“Oh my god, I double Stimmed, and I’m extra fast. I exploited. I don’t know what I did, said the streamer.
While this was fun, it didn’t last long since iiTzTimmy was eliminated shortly after. Despite this, it’s still fairly interesting that another version of the Octane Stim glitch has been found in Season 10.
This left many Apex Legends players wondering how exactly it happened. This new glitch seems much more complicated than the one from Season 6, and we expect it to catch the attention of Respawn soon.
We will probably see this glitch removed in a future update patch. For more Apex Legends, check out the most popular Apex Legends characters in Season 10.
