Overwatch 2 Season 6 offers ten Support Heroes to pick from. While healers are famous for being squishy characters, they usually count with skills that can leave any character vulnerable and escape from any direct attack.

Here’s the list of the best counter Heroes that will work well against each Support Hero in Overwatch 2 Season 6 meta.

Ana

Ana is famous for her lack of mobility in Overwatch 2 and can be easily targeted when she’s away from her team. Fast-paced Heroes are usually her weakness, since they’ll be hard to get with her Sleep Dart and leave her exposed to incoming attacks.

Players should be especially careful with DPS that can deal high damage in a short amount of time, such as Echo, Genji, Pharah, and Tracer.

It’s essential for Ana players to learn how to balance between her scoped and unscoped shooting, and how to be strategic when using skills, such as the Biotic Grenade, to get her out of trouble.

Baptiste

In Overwatch 2, Baptiste greatly helps hitscan Heroes with his Amplification Matrix, so any character that can easily get around this skill usually poses a great danger for him.

While Sombra has no problem disabling his Immortality Field, DPS Heroes such as Genji, Tracer, Lucio, Echo, and Pharah can also avoid being targeted through his matrix. Widowmaker, Cassidy, and Ashe can also force Baptiste to reposition or use his immortality lamp early.

Brigitte

Brigitte is made to counter close-combat divers, so every character that can evade her Shield Bash and Whip Shot can get to her easily in Overwatch 2 matches.

In order to counter Brigitte, DPS characters such as Pharah and Echo can be your go-to, but Junkrat and Moira will also help you get through her barrier shield.

Kiriko

Even though Kiriko is regarded as one of the top-tier Support Heroes in Overwatch Season 6, she’ll be in trouble every time she faces highly mobile DPS, such as Tracer, Sombra, and Genji.

Kiriko will also be susceptible to any character that can stun her and leave her unable to teleport or climb away, such as Mei, Ana, or Roadhog.

Illari

Illari is still one of the strongest healers in Overwatch 2 Season 6, so any counter will need to be able to take a little damage when coming to get her. Tank Heroes like Orisa, Zarya, D.Va can manage to catch her, even beating her high mobility.

For support, Baptiste, Lifeweaver, and Lucio are able to contain Illari while trying to get their health up.

Lúcio

Lúcio is also a favorite when picking a consistent Support Hero in Overwatch 2 who can survive on his own due to his high mobility. This means that hitscan Heroes like Soldier 76, Cassidy, and Ashe are the best to land shots while Lúcio is bouncing around when engaging in combat.

Lúcio will also be greatly affected by auto-locking weapons, so choosing Symmetra, Moira or Torbjorn could be the bane of his existence. It’s worth mentioning that Mei can also disrupt his mobility and quickly finish him off.

Lifeweaver

Most of Lifeweaver’s skills can be easily countered by Sombra‘s hacking abilities in Overwatch 2 Season 6, making her the most effective Hero to counter him. His platform and grab abilities are also opportunities for Widowmaker to focus-target on her enemies.

Soldier 76 can also shred through Lifeweaver’s health points easily, and any Tank that can give high damage in a short time will be able to easily knock out the Support Hero in every match.

Mercy

Mercy is still an easy target in Overwatch 2 for any hitscan Heroes, such as Cassidy, Ashe, Echo, or Soldier 76. Mei will also greatly reduce her mobility when trying to glide from one teammate to another.

Heroes who can dive in and focuse on her, like Genji, Winston, Tracer, and Symmetra, also have an advantage, especially if they manage to trap Mercy in a corner.

Moira

In Overwatch 2, Moira can easily be eliminated by burst fire characters like Junkrat, Pharah, Soldier 76 since they can beat her sustained self-heal.

Ana, Mei, and Cassidy can also stun her out of her Coalescence ultimate, while Heroes like Mei or Zarya can easily restrict her movement (Moira can no longer Fade out of AoE ultimates like Zarya’s Graviton Surge).

Zenyatta

While Zenyatta is still kind of a squishy Hero in Overwatch 2, his primary weapon can pose a threat even at medium range. However, AoE and burst fire DPS characters such as Pharah, Junkrat, and Tracer can eliminate him before landing his shots.

Since mobility is one of his main weaknesses, Zenyatta is usually an easy target for Heroes like Widowmaker, Ashe, Cassidy, and Hanzo. Fast, small-moving characters like Tracer and Genji can also focus down Zenyatta easily thanks to his lack of movement.
