5. Astegon

- How to get:
- Easy to find in the No. 3 Wildlife Sanctuary located on the map’s Eastern edge. You’ll need a swimming or flying Pal to reach this area.
- Level 48 Astegon Alpha Boss can be found in the Destroyed Mineshaft, and its entrance is around the coordinates (-576, -421).
- Breed any of the following pairs: Elizabee x Blazamut, Cryolinx x Grizzbolt, Cryolinx x Helzephyr, Pyrin Noct x Suzaku, Reptyro x Blazamut, Mammorest x Blazamut, Pyrin Noct x Shadowbeak
- Partner Skill: Black Ankylosaur – Can be ridden like a flying mount. Increases damage dealt to Ore while mounted.

4. Jormuntide

- How to get:
- Easy to find in the two lakes, around the coordinates (-176, -268) and (351, -85), with both of them being Level 45 Alpha Bosses.
- Breed any of the following pairs – Cinnamoth x Cryolinx, Sweepa x Beakon, Nitewing x Grizzbolt, Mossanda x Helzephyr, Nitewing x Helzephyr, Cinnamoth x Orserk, Penking x Jetragon
- Can be hatched from a Huge Dragon Egg.
- Partner Skill: Stormbringer Sea Dragon – Can be ridden to travel on water. While mounted, prevents stamina depletion while moving over water.
- Work Suitability: Watering (Lv. 4)

Jormuntide is a Dragon and Water Pal and has some of the best stats for a Dragon-type in Palworld. With its Watering skill at Level 4, you can use it to water your crops quickly and boost your food production.
If you’re looking to beat or catch the Jormuntide Alpha Bosses in either of the lakes, you should carry an Electric Pal, to increase your odds of winning the battle.
3. Orserk
- Paldeck: No. 106
- How to get:
- Easy to come across an Orserk in the No. 3 Wildlife Sanctuary at the Northeast end of the map but you’ll need a flying or swimming Pal to reach this area.
- Breed Relaxaurus and Grizzbolt.
- Partner Skill: Ferocious Thunder Dragon – While fighting together, Water Pals drop more items when defeated.
- Work Suitability: Handiwork (Lv. 2), Transporting (Lv. 3), Generating Electricity (Lv. 4)
- Food: 7/10
- Possible Drops: Electric Organ
- Skills: Kerauno, Lightning Strike, Spark Blast, Draconic Breath, Lightning Streak, Tri-Lightning, Lightning Bolt
Orserk is an Electric and Dragon-type in Palworld and can be added to your collection using a couple of ways. However, keep in mind that Orserk is hard to capture, and you should carry higher-tier Pal Spheres, and try to maintain stealth while stepping into the No. 3 Wildlife Sanctuary.
2. Jormuntide Ignis

- How to get:
- Can be easily found in the No. 2 Wildlife Sanctuary Island in the Western part of the map, slightly North of the Ruined Fortress City fast travel point.
- Breed Jormuntide and Blazehowl.
- Can be hatched from a Huge Dragon Egg.
- Partner Skill: Stormbringer Lava Dragon – Can be ridden. Enhances Fire attacks while mounted.
- Work Suitability: Kindling (Lv. 4)
- Food: 7/10

Jormuntide Ignis falls slightly short of topping our tier list for Dragon types in Palworld, however, it’s one of the best Fire Pals in the game, while also being an impressive Dragon type.
It has the highest Kindling level for any Fire type, enabling you to significantly boost the production of Ingots and more items in your base.

- Level 50 Jetragon Alpha Boss can be found around the coordinates (-789, -320), around the volcanic region of the Palworld map towards the West.
- Partner Skill: Aerial Missile – Can be ridden as a flying mount. Can rapidly fire a missile launcher while mounted.
- Work Suitability: Gathering (Lv. 3)
- Food: 9/10
- Possible Drops: Pure Quartz, Polymer, Diamond, Carbon Fiber
