How to get Supply Drops in Palworld
PocketpairSupply Drops are a new feature in the Palworld Sakurajima update, and are aimed at helping you get some loot easily, which can otherwise be difficult to get.
These drops are common in Battle Royales like Fortnite and Call of Duty: Warzone, where a huge box drops out of the sky and contains good loot that will help you get through the match.
The concept is somewhat the same in Palworld too, as the goodies in this box can make your journey in the late-game stages simpler. So, here’s how you can get your hands on these drops.
Where to find Supply Drops
Supply Drops can be found in high-level areas like Astral Mountain, Mount Obsidian, and Sakurajima Island. These won’t show up on your map, but you’ll see a flashing red message on your screen if there’s one landing nearby.
Alternatively, if you don’t notice any message, be sure to check your map for any meteor symbols because the Supply Drops land at these locations only. Unfortunately, no mechanic lets you call in a drop for yourself at this point.
It’s worth noting that three Syndicate Guards will be defending these Supply Drops, so plan your approach carefully. These Guards are very aggressive and will attack you.
Take down these Guards if you have high-level Pals and weapons. If you lack those, you can lure them away by using a Flying Pal.
If you’re using the second strategy, all you need to do is get their aggro and lure them away, but make sure they don’t lose sight of you. After you’ve drawn them to a certain distance, you can go back to the site and collect your loot.
Rewards
- Legendary Elixirs
- Pendants
- High-level Pal Spheres
- Weapon Schematics
There are two things that you need to keep in mind when collecting these Supply Crates in Palworld:
- They contain only five items at any given time, so make sure you check every drop because the items that you get from them are extremely valuable.
- If you leave them unattended for a long time, the chests will de-spawn and you will have to wait for the next one to arrive.
While you’re on the lookout for Supply Chests, you might come across a Mimog, which is a valuable Pal because it drops Dog Coins. If you’re looking for a challenge, here’s how you can beat Saya and Selyne.
