Palworld players explain which is the best Mining Pal
PocketpairCertain Pals are useful for a series of tasks, like gathering, transporting, or mining. But according to the Palworld’s fans, the best Mining Pal is none other than Digtoise, and here’s why.
Palworld is a game that combines crafting, adventure, RPG, and, of course, monster training. But having a lot of Pals and not knowing what they’re good at can be bad for progression. Some of the creatures in the game are good for Kindling (lighting and maintaining fires), while others are good for Mining.
However, Palworld players pointed out there is a Pal that excels at Mining more than any other creature in the game. And it is none other, than Digtoise, a seemingly underestimated Pal, whose main ability, is to dig.
According to Reddit user ‘Jnavarsete’ Digtoise is the best base mining pal in the game, and apparently, it has to do with how Digtoise’s Pal Skill: Drill Crusher, combines greatly with its high work speed. And since this skill covers a wide area, it turns this Pal into a living drill.
Redditor ‘Jnavarsete’ also explained that this skill and the damage Digtoise causes to Ore veins scales up with ‘working speed’ buffs, or Passive Skills. And if you combine that with condensing (using a special Technology to merge several Pals into one) you can create an even better Digtoise.
According to the OP, one 4-Star Condensed Digtoise is the same as having six Anubis mining at full speed, and, of course, consumes less food.
One of the users commenting on the OP’s post had this to say about their explanation: “Work speed making Digtoise mine nodes faster is such a huge takeaway from this. Great find!. ” Another Palworld player also stated: “I got mine maxed out earlier today with Artisan, Serious, and Work Slave. I have to say the grind was well worth it using the partner skill ticks around 120.”
So there you have it, using a Condensed Digtoise could be the answer to your Mining needs in Palworld. If you want to know more about Palworld, check what this player did to create an immense Pal City, and here’s what a tamer, tired of base raids did to prevent base flooding.
