Due to these immunities, Gliscor can freely use Swords Dance and boost its 95 Attack stat by two stages, making Earthquake deadlier.
Roost helps it recover from damage taken by any coverage moves while its ability, Poison Heal, syncs flawlessly with the Held Item Toxic Orb to regain HP each turn. If all this wasn’t remarkable already, add Toxic to poison Sandy Shocks, making it lose health at every turn.

- Curse (Ghost)
Best Garchomp strategy
The Pokemon CompanyBoasting a phenomenal 130 Attack stat, the Pseudo Legendary Garchomp can make quick work of Iron Thorns with Earthquake, especially after a Swords Dance boost.
Aside from being great on offense, Garchomp has tremendous bulk, letting it tank the strongest Rock-type attacks of Iron Thorns and take zero damage from any Electric-type moves, courtesy of its immunity.
But keep in mind that Iron Thorns learns several Dragon and Ice-type moves that can trouble Garchomp, especially due to the Raid Boss’ 134 Attack stat.
Best Swampert strategy
