If you’ve defeated the Elite Four in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet, then you will just need to visit a Pokemon Center to gain access to the feature properly.
These are the precise instructions to follow to unlock the IV Checker:
- Beat the Elite Four.
- Head to your nearest Pokemon Center once you’ve done this.
- Talk to the main receptionist there.
- You should receive the Judge Feature.
