Though most Pokemon in Scarlet and Violet evolve naturally or by certain methods that involve a new feature, there are many species that need Evolution Stones to evolve.

There are numerous Evolution Stones and you’ll need to find all of them to complete your Pokedex in the Paldea region.

  • Look out for sparkles and Poke Balls on the ground during your exploration through the Paldea region. Although they’re rare in the game, you will find them eventually.
  • Go northeast from Levincia until you find a hill with several Poke Balls. One of these is guaranteed to have a Dawn Stone.
  • Find a Dawn Stone northwest of Medali, located on a hill between two trees in front of the forked river.
  • You may find one around the northwest side area around Zappapico.
  • Register at least 270 Pokemon and claim a Dawn Stone from the Pokedex app.

Which Pokemon can be evolved with Dawn Stone in Scarlet & Violet?

Here are the species that can be evolved with the Dawn Stone in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet:

  • Kirlia (male) into Gallade
  • Snorunt (female) into Froslass

Players should note that these Pokemon need not be at a specific level to evolve. However, Kirlia needs to be male to evolve into Galladle and Snorunt needs to be female to evolve into Froslass.
