You can buy a Syrupy Apple for 500 Poke Dollars in the shop located next to the apple orchard in Mossfell Confluence.

You should note that there will be no shopkeeper in the Syrupy Apple shop and you need to place the currency in the box to claim the item. Players can then put the Syrupy Apple in their Bag’s ‘Other Items’ pocket.
