Pokemon Scarlet and Violet DLC: The Teal Mask has already launched and has players all over the world exploring the land of Kitakami. Trainers have a cool set of new Legendaries to add to their collection and Pokemon from prior generations that have made their way back to the core games.

But what most trainers yearn for is to find the rarest shiny Pokemon that exist in the franchise, and the Herba Mystica is a key item to accomplish that goal. In the Teal Mask DLC, there’s a way to get some free samples of these precious items.

To get the free Herba Mystica in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet DLC: The Teal Mask, players will need to finish the main story quest, and then visit a picnicker with the dialogue bubble that says: “I make chairs.” You will find him in the south zone of Kitakami Hall, near a cliff. Then, he will ask players to show him a specific set of items: picnic tablecloths.

These can be purchased back in Paldea, in the picnic article stores of Mesagoza, Cascarrafa, and Levincia. There are a total of 19 tablecloths you need to bring back to Kitakami to show the chairmaker NPC. One of these tablecloths can only be obtained in Cortondo by winning the Olive Roll challenge in less than two and a half minutes.

Once you bring back all tablecloths, the Chair Maker will reward you with a set of matching chairs, and a bundle of 10 Herba Mystica (two of each kind) for your trouble.
