Can Garchomp be shiny in Pokemon Go?
Yes, shiny Garchomp is available in Pokemon Go. You can get it by catching a shiny Gible and then evolving it all the way.
You can get shiny Garchomp from 3-Star Raids with 1 in 128 odds or its Mega Raids, when available, with 1 in 64 odds.

Best Garchomp PvP moves
The best PvP moveset for Garchomp is Mud Shot combined with Earth Power and Outrage.
Mud Shot is known for its exceptional energy gains, helping Garchomp charge Earth Power and Outrage quicker than most species. Earth Power is cheaper and also has a 10% chance to drop the opponent’s Defense. It also makes Garchomp one of the few Dragons capable of destroying Steel types.
Outrage is a nuke move and once again, Mud Shot helps Garchomp reach Outrage before other Dragon-types and OHKO them.
That said, this moveset works best when Garchomp is used as a closer in the battle and the opponent has no shields left. If you want to use it as an opener or a switch-in, we recommend Dragon Tail and Sand Tomb for their shield-baiting potential and Fast Move pressure due to Sand Tomb’s guaranteed Defense drop for the opponent.
With an outstanding 261 Attack stat and a high HP of 239, this Pseudo Legendary can dish out great damage while also being capable of taking hits, making it easy to fit in almost any Pokemon Go team.
Best Garchomp PvE moves
The best PvE moveset for Garchomp are Mud Shot and Earth Power.
While it can do double duty in both its types, it does better as a Ground-type species due to its ability to spam Earth Power even in the trickiest of PvE battles.
Due to its balanced offensive and defensive stats, Garchomp deals high DPS (Damage Per Second) as well as high TDO (Total Damage Output), making it an asset in PvE battles. Also, it gets wide coverage with its Dragon and Ground-type moves, making it a top choice for a Raid counter.
