How to catch Spinda in Pokemon Go

Pokemon Go trainers need to complete Field Research tasks that can be found by spinning PokeStops, and certain Timed Research tasks as part of ongoing events to get Spinda.

During February 2024, players will encounter Spinda upon completion of the Pokemon Go Carnival of Love event Timed Research.

Players who purchase and complete the Special Research, have a chance to encounter a special Spinda with a heart-shaped Pattern.

Can Spinda be shiny in Pokemon Go?

Yes, Spinda and all its variants can be found as shiny in Pokemon Go, so be on the lookout for shiny Spinda when you encounter it as a Research reward.

Keep in mind that shiny research encounters have the same odds as wild shiny encounters, which is a 1/500 chance.

All Spinda forms in Pokemon Go

In Pokemon Go, there are a total of nine Spot patterns for Spinda, which means this Pokemon has a total of 18 different forms, taking into consideration shiny variants.
