As the Pokemon Go Rediscover Kanto event chugs along, trainers can find the final forms of all three starters in the wild, but they have a special surprise!

As trainers congratulated the OP for the “incredible find,” a player wrote, “Pokemon that are able to mega evolve have boosted shiny odds, and you’re in the sun so the IVs rolled get boosted.”

But what shocked many was that this Charizard had its exclusive move Blast Burn in its moveset. While the event announcement specified that Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle evolved during the event running until May 9, 2024, will get their exclusive moves, no one imagined getting them directly on the final forms from the wild.

With these special bonuses in tow, now is the best time to search for Hundos and Shundos of the Kanto starters in Pokemon Go, and use their Mega Evolutions in battles.
