Pokemon Go confirms more Ultra Beasts in World of Wonders season
Niantic/The Pokemon CompanyPoipole is finally debuting in Pokemon Go thanks to the World of Wonders season, and now Niantic confirmed even more Ultra Beasts coming very soon.
Pokemon Go is ready to kick off its next season titled World of Wonders, and players are excited about the many debuts, events, and other activities for the coming months. Niantic already confirmed Ultra Beast Poipole is debuting through a new seasonal Special Research, but it seems like the mobile game has many more surprises prepared.
On February 29, one day before World of Wonders starts, Pokemon Go revealed more Ultra Beasts are also debuting during this season. The short video shows footage of Naganadel, Blacephalon, and Stakataka in addition to Poipole.
Niantic hasn’t revealed more information about these remaining Ultra Beasts yet, but we’ll keep you updated. The teaser also shows the Ultra Beasts already available in the game, like Xurkitree, which made many trainers believe a coming event might feature all of them.
Currently, the only way to get Ultra Beasts in Pokemon Go is by defeating them in 5-Star Raids, just like with Legendaries. While Poipole will be featured in a Special Research, players expect Naganadel, Blacephalon, and Stakataka to headline 5-Star Raids during the World of Wonders season. However, Niantic could bring back Elite Raids for this special occasion, so stay tuned for more.
The World of Wonders season of Pokemon Go will debut more Paldean Pokemon as well as new Shadow Legendaries with Raikou, Entei, and Suicune. What’s more, Zarude will be back with a new Special Research, to give players a new chance to get this rare Mythical.
With all that in the schedule, trainers are excited about what’s coming to Pokemon Go. Make sure you have Raid and Remote Raid Passes ready to get these powerful species when the time comes.
