Make sure that you have an open slot in your Egg collection before opening a Gift. Also, only those Eggs obtained after July 8, 2024, at 10 AM local time will contain the event species.
Since all the Pokemon listed above can be shinies, this is an amazing opportunity for shiny hunters to possibly add some rare finds to their collection.
Bonuses
- 1/2 hatch distance for all Eggs
- Boosted shiny odds from 7km Eggs
- Open up to 40 Gifts per day
Aside from the 7km version, you can use Incubators for 10km and 12km Eggs to hatch them fast.
Shiny debut
You can hatch shiny Jangmo-o from 7km Eggs opened during the event. Note that this Dragon type has a low rarity in the Egg pool, so take advantage of the 1/2 hatch distance to try getting this coveted shiny.
Once Go Fest Global kicks off on July 13, 2024, all trainers can find shiny Jangmo-o in the wild, with ticket holders enjoying higher odds.
Jangmo-o’s final evolution is Kommo-o, a Dragon/Fighting-type Pokemon that is viable in all formats of the Go Battle League. This makes it a must-catch species you simply can’t miss!
