With the Paldean starters appearing continuously in Pokemon Go since their release, players are sick of them as they demand Niantic add another beloved trio of starters in the mobile game.

Whether it’s Pokemon Go or Scarlet and Violet, starters are among the most popular additions to any Pokemon game as they become core members of your teams and help win battles.

While these starters are usually not the best in PvP or PvE, trainers still leave no stone unturned to catch ’em all, and even wait for Community Days to give them exclusive moves. But despite their popularity, everyone seems to have had enough of seeing the Paldean starters in the wild.

With these three being featured in the Horizons event, trainers are sick of them as they wait for the debut of a fan-favorite trio that has been missing for years.

This emerged after a Reddit user named ‘Mistyloner10’ shared a post where they highlighted that they are sick of seeing Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly in Pokemon Go, as these three have been prominently featured for more than six months now.

Fellow trainers agreed with the OP, as they jumped into the comments to slam the Paldean trio while begging for the addition of another group of starters.

A user wrote, “I’m getting tired of getting all these Scarlet/Violet Pokemon when we still haven’t gotten the Galar starters. Sword/Shield came out, what, 3 years ago?” as all other starters are available in the game expect Grookey, Sobble, and Scorbunny.

Several players called for their favorite Galarian starters in Pokemon Go, stating that it’s “annoying,” and slammed Niantic, as they believe that the devs ‘forgot’ about Gen 8 altogether.

Trainers mentioned that they will completely ignore the Paldean starters, whose spawns will be boosted until March 11, 2024. While Gen 8 Pokemon like Zacian, Zamazenta, and Falinks are already in the game, the community is eager to have the starters.

In the meantime, you can make the most of the Horizons event by catching Metagross, and don’t forget to check out all you need to know about Marshadow in Pokemon Go.
