A crucial feature for Raids demanded by Pokemon Go players for more than six years has finally made its way into the game, and everyone is now more eager than ever to take on Raid battles!

Raids help Pokemon Go players catch some of the best Pokemon in the game, including Legendaries, Mega Evolutions, and certain Shadow species.

While these battles are extremely challenging, some of them can often be soloed by trainers if they have level 50 teams with Best Buddy boost and favorable weather conditions to increase damage output.

That’s not all as several useful Pokemon are available in 1-Star and 3-Star Raids, which the community loves to solo.

Though players are always up for the challenge to earn bragging rights for soloing a Raid Boss, there’s one frustrating aspect of this grind that has annoyed everyone since Raids were introduced in the game, the two-minute wait time in the lobby.

But, it looks like this is a thing of the past as a user named ‘str4t0s_yt’ shared a Reddit post where they wrote, “You can now ready up in solo raids,” creating a flurry of excitement among fellow trainers.

A user explained just how incredible this QoL (Quality of Life) feature for Pokemon Go Raids is: “I just tried it! I had to wait 30 seconds and at second 90, my ready worked! Whoo! I’m so excited!”

The reduction of the lobby wait time from two minutes to just 30 seconds was applauded by trainers. “Thank god I’ve spent so much time recently just doing random solo raids for challenges and I never knew 2 minutes could feel like so long,” a player wrote.

But, it looks like there is more than meets the eye as fans pointed out more QoL updates rolling out. “There’s also apparently a ‘heal all’ button during raids when your Pokemon have all fainted, toward the bottom of the screen.”

Others even praised devs Niantic for making these features live in the game, as one mentioned that though it took quite a while to happen, they’re glad to finally have it.

This update has been slowly rolling out for all players and will be available globally soon. In the meantime, check out the best attackers you can use to solo Raids in Pokemon Go and how to get Remote Passes.
