Two of the strongest Legendaries in Pokemon Go are up for grabs during Raid Day events in March 2024 and players couldn’t be happier!

In the grind towards becoming a top trainer in Pokemon Go, you will have to catch the strongest Pokemon available in the game and win loads of PvE and PvP battles.

While there are several powerful species across the 18 different Pokemon types, some are built differently thanks to their astronomical stats and damage output. The Legendary duo of Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre fit this bill.

With these two icons announced for separate Raid Day events in March 2024, players couldn’t hold their excitement as they applauded devs Niantic for these add-ons to the month.

This happened after a Reddit user named ‘Sebo366’ posted: “YES THERE COMING BACK I MISSED OUT ON THEM YES NIANTIC DID SOMETHING RIGHT FOR ONCE,” leading to comments where players said that they’re “very excited” to grab these Legendaries.

“Some of us did not get enough energy from that last event to transform both. So here we are, an opportunity,” another added.

A user also complimented Niantic on putting Primal Kyogre Raids before Primal Groudon, as they can catch the best Water-type in the game first to easily beat the Ground/Fire-type Raid Boss later.

Both Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre have the same stats in Pokemon Go.

When a player said, “I hope they are remoteable,” others confined that they would be. This prompted one to write, “Sad I won’t be able to get [Shadow] Mewtwo, but those guys are veeeery nice,” referring to Shadow Mewtwo being limited to Shadow Raids, which don’t allow Remote Passes.

You should know that these Legendaries will be featured in Pokemon Go Raid Day events running from 2 PM to 5 PM local time during their respective dates, March 17 for Primal Kyogre and March 23 for Primal Groudon.

While you wait for them, check out the current Raid schedule in Pokemon Go and how the Party Play feature can help beat them more easily.
