Dialga and Palkia Origin Formes are debuting in Pokemon Go during the Sinnoh Go Tour event, and as players catch these powerful Legendaries, they seem to notice something is not quite right with their designs.

Pokemon Go players are always checking out for new and powerful Pokemon to add to their collections. In the case of Legendaries, their design is also greatly important, since it has always set them apart from the rest of the lot.

After Dialga and Palkia have finally debuted with their Origin Formes, players have noticed something wrong with their designs, and some went so far as to roast them for looking “ugly.”

Reddit user ‘A_Kumqwat’ started this debate by sharing a couple of screenshots in the Pokemon Go subreddit, and stating: “Wtf is even going on in their “true” forms??? Why does Dialga have meat tenderizers for fore legs but tiny sticks for hind legs? Same for Palkias hooves and high heels.”

The user also pointed out the awkwardness of their general designs as “ugly” and that it served no purpose other than to “make them look like Arceus.” When asking the community what they felt about these designs Pokemon Go players showed general discomfort about their Origin Formes.

One of them stated: “They look grotesque, unsettling, and unlike anything that should exist on Earth, which makes them fitting designs for celestial creatures.” To what another player answered: “I’m not unsettled. I think they just look stupid. A handful of ultra beasts are way more unsettling.”

Meanwhile, another player went as far as to say that “the general consensus since their release has been that they’re stupid and weird.” To which another Pokemon fan answered: “Seriously, why did they give us these instead of bringing Primal Dialga back?”

So there you have it, not all Pokemon Go players are happy with Palkia and Dialga’s Origin Formes. If you want to know more about the game, here’s all you need to know about the Ghost in the Machine Rotom Research, and here’s all you need to know to take down Mega Absol in Pokemon Go Raids.
