Pokemon Go players struggling to get Charcadet are giving up on Egg Incubators

Charcadet is the go-to species in Pokemon Go but players are hardly getting any of it, making them completely give up on purchasing any Egg Incubators.

Many Pokemon Scarlet and Violet players chose their game version based on the Paradox monsters and the evolutions of Charcadet: Armarouge and Ceruledge.

With their debut in Pokemon Go, trainers are sparing no effort to catch this popular Pokemon and add both its evolutions to their Pokedex.

Even though Charcadet can be hatched from 2km, 5km, and 10km Eggs during the Horizons event, players are not happy grinding for it. This emerged after a Reddit user named ‘sandromc172’ asked, “So how’s your Charcadet hunt going?” leading to a flurry of comments from users frustrated with its hatch rates.

Right off the bat, a player stated that they hatched 39 Eggs and didn’t get a single Charcadet, while another took a whopping 65 Eggs to get one.

Ironically, Charcadet was supposed to be a fairly common hatch in Pokemon Go during the Horizons event, and it will be limited as a rare hatch in only 10km Eggs after the event ends on March 11, 2024.

This prompted a trainer to say, “These egg events are actually the worst. If you’re going to make me grind with a premium item, at least increase the odds more.”

Many had presumed the event to be a great time to buy more Egg Incubators and grind for Charcadet, but it looks like the players are no longer high on the item.

“I’m done with buying incubators for now and know eventually we’ll get a better way to get them,” a user commented before another added, “Never buying an incubator package again if that’s how they’re gonna play it lol.”

More users chipped in saying that they have no interest in getting Incubators for future events like this, and that they hope to hatch Charcadet eventually from 10km Eggs and add both Armarouge and Ceruledge to their Pokedex.
