The Dragon/Fire-type Turtonator is usually limited to Raids and Eggs in Pokemon Go. With this event, you can get it easily and add it to your Ultra League team. Remember that unlike other Dragon types, Turtonator is not weak to Fairy and Ice types, and can even counter the ever-rampant Steel types in the Go Battle League.

Slugma encounters from Research tasks and wild spawns give you a perfect opportunity to progress in the grueling ‘Catch 492 Pokemon originally discovered in the Johto region’ task in the Glimmers of Gratitude Masterwork Research for shiny Shaymin.

Litleo’s evolution, Pyroar is a fan-favorite Gen 6 species with differences in the male and female versions. Be sure to keep an eye on the silhouette in the ‘Evolve’ button and get both forms during this event.

Pokemon Go Scorching Steps date & time

The Scorching Steps event will run until Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at 8 PM local time. During this event, all Eggs put in Incubators will have a 1/2 hatch distance bonus.

You can take advantage of the bonus by putting multiple Eggs in normal and Super Incubators, both available in the Pokemon Go Shop for 150 and 200 PokeCoins.

This event marks the highly-anticipated debut of shiny Larvesta, the rarest Egg hatch in the game, so it is definitely a great idea to use multiple Incubators to increase your chances of bagging this icon. Use it as a top Bug and Fire-type attacker in the Master League and Raids to take out Psychic, Dark, and Grass-type opponents.

Aside from these highlights, you can also expect to hatch the shinies of popular Pokemon like Litwick, Hisuian Growlithe, and Darumaka.
