Pokemon Go Ultra Unlock: Strength of Steel event dates, shiny Togedemaru & Collection Challenges
Niantic/The Pokemon CompanyPokemon Go introduced new features and Pokemon during Go Fest 2024, but the celebrations are still ongoing thanks to the Ultra Unlock events.
Shiny Togedemaru is finally debuting, so here’s everything you need to know about the Ultra Unlock: Strength of Steel event.
Ultra Unlock: Strength of Steel dates
The Ultra Unlock: Strength of Steel event will run from Thursday, July 25, at 10 AM to Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at 8 PM (local time).

Shiny Togedemaru is debuting in Pokemon Go with this event, which means all listed species can be shiny.

Pokemon Go Strength of Steel Field & Timed Research
Event-themed Field Research tasks will be available during the Ultra Unlock: Strength of Steel event, rewarding players with encounters with Beldum, Klink, and Togedemaru, as well as Mega Energy for Steelix, Scizor, and Aggron.
On the other hand, a free Timed Research will reward trainers with a Magnetic Lure Module, additional XP, and encounters with event-themed Pokemon.

Pokemon Go Strength of Steel Collection Challenges
Collection Challenges will also be available in Pokemon Go during the event, rewarding players with Stardust, encounters, and Mega Energy for Steel-type Pokemon.
