Pokemon Go’s Routes give guaranteed Zygarde Cell thanks to bizarre glitch
NianticA pink/purple rectangle is appearing at the end of Routes in Pokemon Go and the glitch has baffled players. But, they are shocked to find an assured Zygarde Cell after clicking on it.
Trainers leave no stone unturned to complete even the most grueling Routes, hoping to quickly collect 251 of these Cells to get the Legendary Zygarde. Not knowing what these rectangular glitches were, many just abandoned the Route, only to miss out on a Cell.
However, Reddit user ‘stayhungry1’ went on to interact with it, and found a Zygarde Cell that was otherwise missing from the Route.
Surprisingly, several fans revealed they had come across the same occurrence while exploring Routes and left without a single Cell, thinking it was a Team Go Rocket Grunt bug.
Others mentioned that they found the bug even with Mateo, the NPC who exchanges Gifts with trainers at the end of Routes. The OP replied to these revelations by saying: “That’s what I’m saying, I’m afraid people are missing Cells for this!”
To this, another player added, “This happened to me yesterday and I guess I did miss a cell, so thanks – good to know for next time.”
You should know that you can get up to three Zygarde Cells each day but it can take any number of Routes to get them. Thankfully, this glitch appears to be a clear indication of a guaranteed Cell so be sure to click on the center of the pink rectangle to claim it.
While a single Route often gives multiple Cells at once, there have been no reports of more than one obtained from the pick rectangle.
Once you collect all the Cells in Pokemon Go, power up your Dragon/Ground-type Zygarde Complete form to dominate the Master League and earn GBL rewards more easily.
