Clefairy is spawning in all areas of Paldea and Kitakami Island in land biomes and you can encounter them between levels 10 and 60 in the game.

Aside from boosted spawns of Clefairy, you can enjoy a bonus of 5% on the Upbeat Mark during the Pokemon Scarlet & Violet Clefairy Moon Mass Outbreak event.
