The Pokemon CompanyThe Indigo Disk DLC of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet has a special mission that takes players back to Area Zero. There, after completing a few objectives, you can reach a secret room with tons of rewards, but it will be blocked, so here’s how to open the path to it.
The Indigo Disk DLC hides a special episode in Paldea’s Area Zero that serves as closure to the DLC after beating the BB Elite Four. Players will explore the deepest parts of the Paldean crater in this mission that features the new Legendary Pokemon Terapagos.

How to open Area Zero’s secret room in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet DLC
To open the secret room of Area Zero in the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet DLC, players must defeat a hidden Stellar-type Garchomp found in the depths of the Paldean crater. You will find this blocked room on top of the last room you visit before heading into Terapagos’s lair.
When exploring the new Indigo Disk DLC map in Area Zero, players will find crystal blockades that can only be broken by defeating certain Stellar Tera-type Pokemon. When you defeat them in battle, the block in the road will break.
To unlock Area Zero’s secret cave, go to the room with the spiral ramp. You need to turn right to find a small gap and enter into a room with two big crystal platforms. Fly up to the one on the opposite side, and you will find another small cave with the Stellar Garchomp you need to defeat.
