Pokemon S&V DLC: How to get the Mythical Pecha Berry

Before you start the steps for the Mochi Mayhem Epilogue Quest in the Pokemon Scarlet & Violet DLC, you need to get the Mythical Pecha Berry. This item will be available through the Mystery Gift system for those who purchased the Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC, and here’s how to get it:

1. Connect your Nintendo Switch console to the internet
2. Access the Union Circle menu
3. Select: Mystery Gift
4. Scroll to ‘Get Via Internet’ and select that option
5. Look for ‘Mythical Pecha Berry’ and claim the gift

Now that you have the Mythical Pecha Berry, you can find it in your ‘Key Items’ bag slot, but you cannot use it just yet, first, you need to follow a series of steps in the Pokemon Scarlet & Violet DLC.

Pokemon S&V DLC: Mochi Mayhem Epilogue Quest requirements

To be able to start the Mochi Mayhem Epilogue Quest in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet, trainers first need to have completed the following parts of the game:

• Pokemon Scarlet & Violet Main Storyline and Area Zero’s First Quest
• The Teal Mask DLC Main Storyline
• The Indigo Disk DLC Main Storyline and Area Zero’s Second Quest (Terapagos)

Upon finishing all these, trainers will be able to start the Mochi Mayhem Epilogue Quest.

How to start the Mochi Mayhem Epilogue Quest in Pokemon S&V DLC

To start the Mochi Mayhem Epilogue Quest, you need to travel to the Village in Kitakami, and there you will be able to start the Epilogue Quest if you have the Mythical Pecha Berry.

Approach the vendor in the Kitakami Village, but don’t talk to her, instead, look towards the Suspicious Peach Plushie on the left, and interact with it. There is no indicator or interaction button, you need to approach and press (A) to trigger the event.

Once you have done that, you’ll see a small cutscene and your trainer will receive a call from Arven. He will tell you to meet back at your place in Paldea (Your home) and the phone call will end. After another brief cutscene, you will be able to start the Mochi Mayhem Epilogue Quest.
