Indigo Disk DLC players can bag some of the rarest and most useful items in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet by reaching these locations that most aren’t aware of.

The Indigo Disk DLC of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet gives trainers plenty of areas to explore in and around the Terarium of the Blueberry Academy.

Whether it’s the fan-favorite Synchro Machine feature or the different Biomes, fans are having a blast in their adventure alongside the new Pokemon found in the DLC.

But it looks like there’s more to the DLC than previously known as the game has a couple of unknown locations that reward a bunch of in-game items and Tera Shards.

A post by a user named ‘ClientAppropriate838’ on the Pokemon Scarlet & Violet subreddit captioned with: “Secret cave full of items in area zero” detailed how players can get themselves “tons of items and Tera Shards” in the Indigo Disk DLC.

The OP wrote about the “secret cave in area zero Indigo Disk” blocked by a Stellar Tera Garchomp, and gave step-by-step instructions for reaching the location:

  1. Go to the area that looks like a spiral staircase descending. The moment you enter this spiral staircase room turn around there is a crystal jutting from the wall.
  2. Jump over this crystal to access a hidden tunnel. Go through it and find the Garchomp.
  3. After you beat it you will get a notification about a noise and a crystal disappearing.
  4. Go back to the staircase room and go back UP the way you came to the previous room.
  5. On your left will be a large smooth wall that you can climb. At the top is your secret item cave.
  6. Enjoy!

Several Pokemon Scarlet and Violet fans hopped onto the comments section to thank the OP.

They commented: “Thank you. I never would have known I could go back there lol” and “Thank you!!! Idk how I missed that tunnel with the Garchomp. Spent a solid couple hours looking for any stellar Pokemon for that crystal.”

But it looks like the Area Zero cave isn’t the only location in the DLC where you can find the highly sought-after items.

“I’m sure most of you already tried this, but you can also fly to the top of the Terarium and land on the giant orb of tera-liquid. There are like 50 stellar-tera shards up there,” a user mentioned.

Others added that trainers can also find “a gold bottle cap” and “an ability patch” in the Teraium location.

These item rewards would certainly help everyone enjoy their DLC adventure more and it remains to be seen if there are other such locations.
