A few Pokemon Scarlet and Violet fans have come up with a wide range of fun minigames that anyone can play in the Paldea and Kitakami regions, and needless to say, fellow players are impressed and eager to try them out!

With the Indigo Disk DLC of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet drawing close to its release, fans are finding various ways to enjoy their time in the Paldea region as well as the Kitakami Island in the Teal Mask DLC.

From hunting shinies to catching more of their favorite Pokemon in mass outbreaks, the community is hooked as they can’t wait to know more about Terapagos, Kieran’s true intentions, Area Zero, Paradox species, and so much more.

But it looks like some trainers have found more ways to enjoy the wait, as they have made some amazing minigames based on the available game mechanics, and the community can’t get enough of them!

A user named ‘ADHDPersephone’ shared a post on Reddit and captioned it “Hide-and-seek,” as they described how they play the said game in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet with their husband and kids.

The player explained: “The ‘hiders’ will change their character appearance to look as nondescript as possible and walk around a designated town pretending to be student NPCs. The seeker has to find them without using the map.”

The post was lauded by several fellow trainers as they cheered on the OP for sharing their minigame with them.

Users mentioned: “That is absolutely adorable! Thank you for sharing that. I needed a smile today” and “This is such a fun idea!! Also, really great game-ception lol.”

It looks like some players have already discovered the hide-and-seek minigame as one commented: “My niece and I do this, except we have other rules like no flying, no clues, etc.”

While the OP had a profound impact on many who appreciated the fun idea, others shared their own minigames to boot.

“My nephew and I actually race each other in Mesagoza by jumping roof from roof/climbing, pretending the floor is lava too,” one user wrote, while another found their own version in the Teal Mask DLC:

“That’s adorable! My partner and I were doing Ogre Oustin together, trying to get one specific map. The rounds we didn’t get that map, we played hide and seek. The hider hid, and the seeker had to pop as many balloons as possible while seeking. There are so many cliffs you can cling to, or trees right at the edge of the map you can hide behind, it was a lot of fun.”

It’s certainly great to see the community having a great time with the game as the Indigo Disk DLC sure looks worth the wait.

In the meantime, you can check out details of the 19th Tera Type as well as every new species introduced till now in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.
