By sleeping
One of the simplest ways to make your Pokemon happy is to sleep. Click Start Tracking Sleep to kickstart a slumber session in Pokemon Sleep. The better you sleep, the happier your Pokemon will be, and they will fetch more ingredients for you.
Energy Pillows
If you have been unable to get sleep at night, you can buy Energy Pillows from the Regular Exchange Shop for 240 Sleep Points. Pokemon Sleep players can also get Energy Pillows from the General Store for 60 Diamonds or obtain them from the in-game rewards.
You should note that Energy Pillows are single-use items that replenish the energy and mood of Pokemon by 50 points.
Charge Energy Skill
A few species in Pokemon Sleep have the Charge Energy Skill that can restore 12 of their energy points. Here’s the list of Pokemon with Charge Energy Skill:
