Save your Charged TMs to get Pokemon Go’s top attackers in Team Rocket event
NianticWith the Team Rocket Taken Over event returning in Pokemon Go‘s Shared Skies Season, players can finally grab the strongest Shadow attackers by saving several Charged TMs for the event.
These items allow fans to remove the Charged Move Frustration from Shadow Pokemon. Normally, it is an expensive move that offers no use in Raids and the Go Battle League. This limits the powers of Shadow species, who boast a 20% increase in their damage output.
As such, the community eagerly waits for the Taken Over every Season to unleash their best Shadow attackers and suggested user ‘mahaham1’ save their Charged TMs for the event when the OP asked on Reddit what they should do with the said items.
Some fans mentioned they have hundreds of Charged TMs saved up this Season. However, players were warned not to delete them since to get the desired Charged Move on a Shadow Pokemon, around 10 to 15 TMs are often needed.
Even if you end up getting the strongest Charged Move with only one or two TMs, you can still use the ones left in your stock. “If you have more than one of that particular Shadow Pokemon with good stats try giving them completely different sets and try them yourself to see what niches you can find,” a trainer explained.
Note that the Team Go Rocket Taken Over event will take place on August 8, 2024, and feature new teams for Giovanni, the Leaders, and Grunts.
Also, you can use Charged TMs on the new Shadow species you catch during the event, with Giovanni all set to have a new Legendary, you have more reasons to save these useful items.
