How to get all Zygarde forms in Pokemon Go
Pokemon Go players can get all Zygarde forms by catching Zygarde 10% and using 50 Zygarde Cells to turn it into Zygarde 50%. Players can then use 200 Zygarde Cells to turn Zygarde 50% into Zygarde Complete Forme.
Zygarde 10% is available from the A to Zygarde Special Research, and Zygarde Cells can be collected by following Routes in Pokemon Go.
Unlike evolution, you can turn Zygarde back to its previous forms. Here’s how you can do that:
- Zygarde Complete Forme can be turned into Zygarde 50% by using 10 Candy and 2000 Stardust.
- Zygarde 50% can be turned into Zygarde 10% by using 10 Candy and 2000 Stardust.
Is Zygarde good in Pokemon Go PvP?
Yes, Zygarde is excellent in Pokemon Go PvP. In particular, Zygarde Complete Forme is very good in the Ultra League and the Master League.
Zygarde Complete Forme has one of the highest HP stats of any Pokemon in the game with a jaw-dropping value of 389. This gives it a higher stat product than Lugia in Master League, letting it tank even super-effective moves like Ice Beam and Draco Meteor. In Ultra League, it can go up against Giratina (Altered) without much effort.
Zygarde 50% and Zygarde 10% are also reliable in PvP battles, with Zygarde 10% finding more use in the Great League because of its lower stats. Overall, we recommend using the Complete Forme over the other two forms.
Best Zygarde Pokemon Go PvP moveset
The best Zygarde Pokemon Go PvP moveset is Dragon Tail as a Fast Move paired with Crunch and Earthquake as Charged Moves.
Players should know that all Zygarde forms have the same moveset. Dragon Tail gets STAB (Same Type Attack Bonus), letting Zygarde deal a lot of damage with this move alone. Crunch offers a 30% chance to debuff the opponent’s Defense stat by 1 stage. In addition, it is an excellent move to bait shields.
If you are using Zygarde as a closer in the Pokemon Go PvP battle, it is best to use Earthquake. It not only gives STAB but is also the most damaging Ground-type Charged Move in the game.
Is Zygarde good in Pokemon Go PvE?
Yes, Zygarde is good in Pokemon Go PvE but there are far better options to use.
All Zygarde forms have low Attack stats and so, they cannot chip in too much damage in Gyms and Raid Battles. But you can still use Zygarde 50% and Zygarde 100% as attackers in Raid Battles that have multiple players in the lobby. In particular, Zygarde 50% is a great Pokemon to use if you are rejoining the Raid after all your Pokemon have been knocked out.
Best Zygarde Pokemon Go PvE moveset
The best Zygarde Pokemon Go PvE moveset is Dragon Tail as a Fast Move combined with Outrage as a Charged Move.
Dragon Tail and Outrage form the most damaging duo of Dragon-type moves in Pokemon Go. With Outrage being a 2-bar Charged Move, Zygarde Complete Forme and Zygarde 50% can take advantage of their bulk to dish out at least four Outrage attacks in a Raid Battle. Zygarde 10% would find better use in Gym Battles.
