Raven Software has plans to support Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered post-launch heavily, according to Studio Director David Pellas.

In an interview with charlieINTEL, Pellas stated that the team at Raven is working on supporting the game post launch.

What comes post launch, I can tell you, is a full intention to support this game post launch in a variety of ways. Some of those ways I can’t really talk about. Maps are definitely something to do.

We also asked about if the Call of Duty 4 Variety Map Pack maps would return, and he stated that the team “would be excited if they did,” but have no plans for it as of now.

One of the post launch initiatives is already confirmed: the remaining 6 maps from Call of Duty 4 will be added to the Modern Warfare Remastered for free in December.
