Yellow Door in Warzone's Rebirth island

Warzone harbours many secrets, but one of the most lucrative is Rebirth Island’s Yellow Door Easter Egg room. By following this guide, you can find a plethora of high-tier goodies such as Specialist Tokens and a Legendary Milano Blueprint.

Similar to Warzone’s Red Door loot rooms and secret bunkers, Rebirth Island has a mysterious Yellow Door. This door was all the rage back in Warzone Season 1 when Rebirth first arrived, but now it’s fallen to relative obscurity. Many don’t know about this powerful loot room, and if they do, are unsure how to get inside.

If you’re looking to gain a huge advantage in your matches of Rebirth Island and acquire the “Red Room” Blueprint for the Milano 821, here’s how to complete the Easter Egg and open the Yellow Door.

How to open Warzone Rebirth Island’s Yellow Door

  1. Find an open briefcase with three pictures around Rebirth Island (locations are shown further down)
  2. Visit the locations shown in each picture
  3. Take a note of the numbers found at each of these three locations
  4. Arrange the numbers in order based on the “-” position (explained further down)
  5. Visit the Yellow Door in the Headquarters Command Center
  6. Enter the numbers in the keypad beside the Yellow Door
  7. Go through the Yellow Door and acquire the high-tier loot!

These are the basic steps to opening the Yellow Door and getting the Red Room Milano Blueprint, but read on for how to complete each step.

Rebirth Island’s Yellow Door can be found in the Headquarters Command Center. It’s on the first floor, so you’ll be able to find it quickly and easily.

How to find the briefcases to open Rebirth Island’s Yellow Door

You can find 13 briefcases around Rebirth Island, and these are the first clue to getting the Yellow Door open. They do have set spawns, but only one spawns every gam,e so you’ll likely need to search around to find it. Luckily, it’s quite large so you shouldn’t have any trouble spotting it.

YouTuber GeekyPastimes put together the locations for all 13 of these briefcases so you know exactly where you have to look.

The case will be open and will have three photographs scattered around it. These photos will depict areas around Rebirth Island that you need to visit in order to find the keypad code.

How to find the Yellow Door code

Once you have your three locations from the photographs, you need to visit them and look out for the number codes. There will be two codes with three digits and one code with two digits, for a total of eight digits in total. These numbers are completely random, so you’ll need to complete the steps to find your own unique code.

Again, GeekyPastimes has made this much easier, detailing exactly where you need to go for each photograph, and where to find the code.

How to arrange and enter the Yellow Door code

Once you have found all three numbers, you’ll notice that there are hyphens (-) beside each group. These hyphens are the key to arranging the numbers in order.

If the hyphen is on the right of the number (e.g 124-), this is the first in the sequence. The two-digit number with the hyphens on either side (e.g -92-) is the number in the middle, and the hyphen on the left (e.g -192) is the final number of the sequence.

To explain in full:

  1. 124-
  2. -92-
  3. -192
    • Join the numbers together to make 12492192

Head to the Headquarters Command Center, visit the Yellow Door and enter the complete code in the keypad beside it. The door will open, and all of the goodies will be at the bottom of the stairs.

How to get Warzone’s Red Room Milano Blueprint

Once you’ve got the Yellow Door open, you just need to head down into the room below. You’ll be able to find the Red Room Milano 821 Blueprint on the table to the left of the room.

Simply pick it up, and the Blueprint will now be in your inventory for both Warzone and Black Ops Cold War. And if you’re with a squad, make sure everyone picks it up to unlock it.

How to fix Warzone crashing & freezing issues on Xbox

Warzone has suffered a number of issues since the Pacific update on Xbox, so here’s how to stop it from crashing and freezing.

Xbox players have been suffering from game-breaking crashing and freezing errors since Warzone’s Pacific update, but one simple solution can fix many of the issues.

Warzone Pacific Season 1 brought many changes the community was looking for, adding a brand-new map, a working anti-cheat, and removing Stopping Power once and for all. However, it’s also brought some of the worst glitches Warzone has ever seen, particularly on Xbox.

Thanks to glitches, Xbox players must have a Gold Subscription to play, have lost their 120 FPS mode, and can’t even play the game because of constant crashing and freezing issues.

Luckily, there’s a simple solution that should lessen the amount of freezing and crashing issues you’re experiencing.

How to stop Warzone crashing & freezing on Xbox

To stop Warzone from crashing and freezing, don’t hit the Xbox home button while the Warzone application is open.

We recommend creating an Xbox Party before launching Warzone and then using Warzone’s Social tab to invite your friends to games.

This solution comes directly from Raven Software’s Trello board, where they acknowledged that “Players are reporting an issue where pressing the Xbox home button twice while in-game may cause instability.”

Raven said that the issue is caused by players hitting the Xbox home button twice, but many players have reported that issues crop up by pressing it once. So we recommend steering clear of the Xbox button and not pressing it at all.

Whether this will fix the issue where players can’t launch the game at all remains to be seen, but it should help out players who suffer from freezing and crashing while playing.

Raven Software has confirmed they’re investigating a number of Xbox Warzone glitches such as pressing the Xbox button, performance issues, and Xbox players’ Rebirth Island wins not tracking.

The next major Warzone update will be Season 2 in February, so hopefully, this update brings many much-needed fixes.

Warzone players beg Raven to add custom controller binding

Warzone players are calling on Raven Software to add options that allow them to fully customize their controller binds.

Warzone Pacific controller settings

Frustrated with having to use Warzone’s preset controller options, players are desperate for Raven Software to add custom controller binding options.

How players can customize their controller bindings varies from game to game, with games such as Fortnite giving players full control, while Warzone offers very little in terms of button layout.

With forced crossplay and repeated slide canceling ruining their controllers, Warzone console players are desperate for Raven Software to add custom controller binding options that allow them to configure their controls exactly how they’d like.

NICKMERCS with Scuf controller

Players with unofficial controllers or the Xbox Elite controllers can fully customize every button. This lets them tailor their Warzone controls to their preference, but those who have first-party controllers are stuck with what Raven Software offers them.

Asking Raven Software, “where the hell is custom controller binding?” Reddit user TimewornTinman explained how they want to completely swap around their controls to keep their thumb on the right stick as much as possible. But, Warzone’s pre-set controls don’t allow them to get it exactly how they would like.

While many players suggested they purchase a third-party controller or buy a back button attachment, the issues would be fixed by giving players full access to their button layouts. One player called it a “basic feature” that’s been “ignored.”

PlayStation does give the option to change button binds through the Accessibility menus, allowing each button to be swapped for another. However, this applies the new binds across every aspect of your PlayStation experience, which can make it extremely difficult to navigate menus and switch to other games.

Console Warzone players have also been desperate for an FOV slider, which may arrive with the PS5 and Xbox Series update that’s confirmed to be in development. Perhaps Raven will give players more controller options when this update eventually arrives.

Warzone is so broken on Xbox consoles that players can’t even open the game

Warzone’s Pacific update has caused a ton of bugs and glitches for Xbox users and now, they can’t even launch of the game.

Warzone Pacific Season 1 breathed new life into Call of Duty’s battle royale, but a constant slew of bugs and glitches have ruined the experience for many. It’s now got so bad that Xbox players can’t even launch the game.

Fed up with Verdansk and a stale meta, Warzone players were desperate for the game to finally move to Caldera and introduce all of Vanguard’s weapons. However, it’s been far from smooth sailing, as the update broke Modern Warfare and introduced some of the most game-breaking glitches Warzone has ever seen.

Warzone’s developers have confirmed they’re working hard to get the game back on track, but for Xbox players, change can’t come soon enough. A recent update has completely locked some Xbox players out, preventing them from even launching the game.

Unfortunately, Xbox players appear to have got the short end of the stick with Warzone’s Pacific update. There’s a bug forcing Xbox players to have a Gold Subscription to play, they’ve lost access to the 120 FPS mode, and now, they can’t even launch the game.

Xbox players are reporting that they’ve been trapped in an endless loop of restarts when trying to launch Warzone. Reddit user Darknesgamer36 shows that after getting through the ‘Connecting to Xbox Live’ screen, Warzone reboots itself and they need to go through it again and again.

Darknesgamer36 isn’t alone, with several players saying they’ve been getting the exact same issue. Ramuh-DH said it happens to “nearly everyone on xbox consoles.”

Other Xbox players have reported different, but equally frustrating, issues. They’ve said the game constantly crashes, their guns go invisible, and they can’t join their friends.

One user said that it took “literally 56 minutes to get in one game,” and if they went back to the main menu at any point, the problem returned. Another user said that whenever they tried to queue into a match, “it would kick whoever wasn’t host and restarted the game every time.”

There appears to be a temporary solution, though: don’t touch the Xbox button on the controller while Warzone is open. Warzone devs have actually acknowledged this on their Trello board, saying they’re investigating an issue where “pressing the Xbox home button twice while in-game may cause instability.”

But, this likely won’t help those players who can’t even launch Warzone in the first place. Raven have several cards for Xbox issues on their Trello board, so hopefully, Xbox players will have the same experience as everyone else soon.
