The Apex Legends Awakening Collection Event update will be bringing some big changes to the Replicator in Season 13.

The Apex Legends Awakening Collection Event is set to arrive soon, and in addition to Kaiju-themed cosmetics, Valkyrie’s Heirloom, and buffs for Lifeline, players will also be seeing various other changes.

As well as the fan-favorite LTM Control making its return, players will be getting a beloved weapon back in floor loot thanks to Replicator changes.

Since the launch of Apex Legends Season 13, arguably the most popular weapon was sent to the Replicator and taken out of the floor loot for Respawn‘s battle royale.

The R-301 is one of the most consistent weapons in the game, and while players were still able to craft and use it, it was seen a lot less. Luckily, for those who enjoy using this weapon and haven’t enjoyed its time in the Replicator, the Apex Legends 13.1 patch has brought it back.

In the R-301’s absence, the C.A.R. SMG became one of the best weapons in the game, with many combining it with the Wingman, which is also notoriously strong.

It seems the devs have noticed this, as from the Awakening Collection Event’s launch on June 21, these are the two weapons that will be replacing the R-301 and Rampage in the Replicator:

  • R-301 and Rampage removed from crafting and added back to floor loot.
  • Wingman and CAR SMG added to the crafting and removed from floor loot.

Well there you have it, that’s all the Replicator changes coming in the Apex Legends Awakening Collection Event update. For more, check out the ranked changes coming in the 13.1 patch.
