According to multiple online posts, Apex Legends Champion Revenant is now appearing invisible to other players in-game, making for some confusing gameplay.
Apex Legends Season 8 is off to a hot start with new features like the gold magazines, no-fill option, and the ranked play changes. However, like with any major game update, it comes with brand new bugs, including an invisibility glitch centered around the new Revenant anniversary skin.
After encountering it, Reddit user ItsChris2608 posted his experience in-game, where he is maneuvering an area, looting around, until he spots a muzzle flash to his right.
It appears the muzzle flash came out of nowhere, but it prompted him to immediately shoot in the direction of the shot, hitting an invisible enemy.

When the shot connected, just a few seconds later the enemy could be seen, coming back into full view after being completely invisible. You can watch the video below.
We can only imagine how confusing this situation must’ve been for the Reddit poster. There’s nothing more frustrating than not being able to see an enemy shooting at you, especially up close. What makes things worse is that this bug may actually be game-wide, and not just restricted to the anniversary Revenant skin.
Per a comment on the thread, user yungdevth states “It’s not just Rev. I’ve seen different legends go invisible mid-fight, I’ve also gone invisible, and even my teammates will go invisible from time to time.”
This is further confirmed by another user, who confirmed the same was happening on PS4, even to his teammates.
Unfortunately, due to the popularity of the bug and the thread, this doesn’t seem to be a rare bug at all. We’re sure it will be eventually on Respawn’s radar, but until then, players should be vigilant in-game.
You never know if you’ll run into an enemy you can’t even see.

Weird Apex Legends glitch spawns unlimited loot for players
A new Apex Legends glitch has been discovered that provides players with unlimited loot from one Loot Bin.
An Apex Legends player has discovered a very weird bug that spawns unlimited loot when playing in Season 14.
The Apex Legends developers are constantly looking to improve the player experience by introducing new content and fixing issues the community is experiencing. Just recently, the devs even introduced a quality of life change which made many controller players happy.
Unfortunately, Apex Legends is not immune to bugs and issues, with the launch of Season 14 prompting some new glitches like characters having the wrong abilities and players not receiving rewards for leveling up.
Now, Apex Legends content creator Skeptation has found a new glitch in the Battle Royale which ultimately allows players to exploit Loot Bins to spawn unlimited items.
Skeptation explains how this glitch works in his August 18 YouTube video, stating that when players stand on top of and open a Loot Bin that has a wall behind it, the Loot Bin will close completely after the player has taken the loot inside of it.
If you open the Loot Bin again, it will be completely empty. This is obviously a good trick for covering your tracks and trolling teammates who are looking for loot, however, Skeptation noticed that on some occasions something “weirder” happens.
When messing around with the bug, Skeptation noticed that sometimes the Loot Bin would refresh and spawn more loot after performing the glitch.
Skeptation does say that although he is “not sure what triggers it,” if someone is able to figure out how to do it consistently it would be “broken.”
If this becomes a major issue and players are attempting and being successful with this unlimited loot glitch, perhaps it will provoke Respawn to come up with a fix.

Apex Legends fans come to creepy realization about the Firing Range
Apex Legends players have discovered a detail about the in-game Firing Range that led them to a creepy realization.
The Apex Legends Firing Range is the perfect spot to visit if you wish you practice with your Legend or weapon, but players have discovered a startling detail about it.
The Firing Range provides a nice quiet spot for you to practice your Legend’s abilities along with different guns without having to worry about interference from enemies. However, players have now come to a creepy realization about this location.
Reddit user ‘Crescent-IV’ pointed out in the Apex Legends subreddit that there was a squad counter in their Firing Range, showing how many other players are actually present even if you can’t see them.
The Redditor claimed that these players are “in different ‘instances’ of your lobby to save server space.” So, while you can’t see or interact with them, they are still there practicing with their Legends and weapons.
This came as a surprise to many of the commenters who were previously unaware that this is how the Apex Legends Firing Range works. Many of them shared stories about the times they caught glimpses of other players that were present in the lobby.
One user wrote: “I remember being scared sh**less when I heard a Gibby ult while I was shooting some dummies for the first time. I thought I accidentally got into a game and was tweaking.”
Another user claimed to have heard Seer scanning the area and brought up another instance of being caught by Crypto’s surveillance drone. They reportedly also saw Newcastle’s abilities despite not playing as the Legend.
They then explained that they thought the game was broken every time this happened before adding that it scared them every time. Many of the other commenters also found this experience creepy.
A few of the commenters found this amusing and made jokes about the phenomena. One user sarcastically stated that while there is a proper explanation for this, they consider the Firing Range to be “haunted.”
Other players joined in on the fun, jokingly telling the user that they might be on to something with their theory and that there might actually be ghosts haunting the Apex Legends Firing Range.
While this may be creepy to some players, it isn’t anything to be concerned about this is a rare occurrence and it’s extremely unlikely that you’ll have to worry about getting killed by invisible players.
