Grand Theft Auto’s rabid fanbase has discovered more clues hinting towards GTA 6, after spotting some interesting activity revolving around “unannounced titles” on a Rockstar employee’s LinkedIn page.
Despite GTA 5 being released over seven years ago, we’ve yet to have any confirmation from Rockstar Games about the existence of its sequel.
Of course, that hasn’t stopped fans of the Grand Theft Auto franchise from searching and theorizing about possible announcements. A popular theory among the community is the idea that we could see the official reveal for the game during Super Bowl 55 on February 7, although that remains a rumor.
The latest clue in their search for information comes from the LinkedIn page of Rockstar Leeds Senior Designer Ian Gander. According to his profile, during his 10-year spell at the company, he’s worked on both GTA V and Red Dead Redemption 2.
His profile says that in the past he has worked on the “design and implementation of various missions and gameplay features,” on both GTA V and Red Dead Redemption 2, which means he likely had a hand in the story modes we’ve enjoyed in both games.
What’s extremely interesting about his profile though is what is written underneath, which states he’s worked on “unannounced titles” where are “TBC,” or “to be confirmed.”
Unsurprisingly, this sent fans into a frenzy of speculation, with many believing it could mean GTA 6, while others suggest that it points to Rockstar working on other titles too, such as the long-rumoured Bully sequel.
The fact that it mentions “titles” seems to indicate that Rockstar are working on multiple games at once, which would be surprising considering how long fans of the developers usually have to wait for new titles.
While it’s possible that they could be linked to new IPs, GTA 6 and Bully 2 do seem the most likely candidates for new titles, with Grand Theft Auto standing as one of the most popular franchises in gaming, while Bully hasn’t received a sequel despite releasing in 2006.
Hopefully, we won’t have to wait too long for official news of what Rockstar is working on, although whether we actually see an official GTA 6 confirmation during Super Bowl 55 on February 7 remains to be seen.

GTA V won’t be a “simple port” on PS5 & XBox Series X, promises to Take-Two CEO
Take-Two Interactive stated that the remastered version of GTA 5 will be something that fans should be excited about.
The CEO of Take-Two has addressed the company’s approach to remastering older games and explained that the PS5 and Xbox Series X version of GTA 5 will be more than just a simple port.
GTA V is the best-selling video game of the past decade, and this has led to a ton of hype for a remastered version in the near future. Take-Two did not dismiss the idea, and fan excitement grew once they announced that it sold over 140 million copies.
We expect to see the new version of the game on the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S in late 2021, and Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick has reassured fans that Rockstar will put in the extra work when remastering old titles.
Will Take-Two keep remastering old titles?
During the Morgan Stanley Technology, Media & Telecom Conference on March 3, Zelnick was asked about the role that remasters will play in Take-Two’s future strategies. He made it clear that they aim to differentiate themselves from the competition.

“I’m not sure there’ll be a bigger part of the strategy. Remastering has always been a part of the strategy,” he stated.
“We’ve done differently than the competition – we don’t just port titles over, we actually take the time to do the very best job we can making the title different for the new release, for the new technology that we’re launching it on.”
He explained that their strategy consists of improving the technology, upgrading the visuals, and making performance enhancements when remastering old titles for the PS5 & XBox Series X, which is why they’ve been successful so far.
What will be in GTA V Remastered?
When coming to the topic of GTA V’s remastered version, Zelnick stated that he was confident that PS5 & XBox Series X users would get everything they’re hoping for, citing the success of the Mafia series.
“It was a standard-bearer when it was launched, it continued to be the standard-bearer in the second generation, we’ll see how Grand Theft Auto does in the next generation.”
He reassured GTA fans that when Rockstar brings the game to the PS5 & XBox Series X, it won’t be a “simple port.” It seems that the team is going to dedicate themselves to making the remaster feel like a completely different experience from the original game.
When asked about Take-Two’s perspective on further remasters, Zelnick said that any update on their release schedule will come directly from Rockstar Games.
This is an exciting time to be a fan of this open-world gaming franchise, as there has also been speculation about a trailer for GTA 6 being just around the corner.
Regarding the GTA 5 remaster, we’ll keep checking for updates and will let you know as soon as we get more information about it.

GTA Online Update March 4: Brioso 300 added, Verlierer Podium Vehicle & discounts
This week’s GTA Online March 3 update & patch notes bring the Brioso 300, makes the Verlierer a Podium prize, and offers huge discounts.
The March 4 GTA Online update & patch notes have dropped, and there’s a new vehicle in town. The compact Brioso 300 is the latest vehicle to come from the Cayo Perico Heist, the Verlierer is the latest freebie to take the Podium, and Rockstar is offering the usual haul of discounts.
Grand Theft Auto’s Online mode is still receiving regular weekly updates to keep the game fresh and exciting. This week sees another extension of the Cayo Perico Heist content as the Brioso 300 is welcomed to the garage in the game. Furthermore, the Verlierer is the latest, expensive car to become the casino Podium Vehicle, and there’s also an astonishing array of offers and price cuts.
Some of the GTA Online attention has been diverted lately thanks to lots of interesting GTA 6 talk. For instance, some discoveries have been made by die-hard fans including some new GTA 6 patents and strange files in RDR2. But things have escalated even more so with new rumors swirling around that Rockstar has unannounced titles including a Grand Theft Auto Remastered Trilogy, and a new GTA 6 trailer is possibly in the works.
Until GTA 6 is official, we will remain focused on GTA Online, and our usual GTA Online leaker TezFunz2 has been able to get early info on the new update once more.
GTA Online March 4 patch notes
Brioso 300 added to GTA Online
The Brioso 300 isn’t the most lavish purchase you could ever wish to make in GTA Online. Its compact, lightweight nature doesn’t make it ideal for anything real, but its familiar Italian design and ‘new’ feeling make it worthy of your money.
Early adopters will need to shell out $610,000 if they want to own the new kid on the block.
Here’s the official description of the Brioso 300:
“Grotti’s designers always knew they were missing something vital. Sure their compacts ticked all the boxes – knees by your chin, elbows out the window – but day after day they would return to the drawing board certain there was one trick they’d yet to try. And then, one beautiful genius whispered “smaller”. That’s how the 300 was born.“
Verlierer Diamond Casino Lucky Wheel Reward
The Diamond Casino Lucky Wheel has put a free Verlierer up for grabs for Diamond Casino Lucky Wheel enthusiasts.
The Verlierer has a distinctive and recognizable shape that makes it look ultra-premium. This sleek design would normally cost GTA Online players $695,000, but free would be more ideal.
Here’s the official description of the Verlierer:
“The Verlierer has all the looks of a 60s roadster, with the added advantage of being able to drive around corners. Combining its sophisticated looks with tight handling and the forward momentum of a hungry leopard, the only thing getting in your way here is your lack of coordination and fear of becoming a road accident statistic.“
2x GTA$ RP & Races
There is an opportunity for 2x GTA$ & RP on Smuggler Sell Missions, Superyacht Life Missions, Sea & Air Races, Stockpile Adv Mode, Hidden Caches & Treasure Chests.
As usual, we have information on the new races and time trials too.
- Premium Race: Downtown Underground
GTA Online free Cayo Perico rewards & bonuses
There’s another round of no-cost goodies to pick up this week as players that complete the Cayo Perico Finale can unlock a Panic Prolaps Basketball Top.
Also, if you steal secondary loot during Cayo Perico Heist you will also unlock Panic Prolaps Basketball Shorts.
Major GTA Online Discounts & Vehicles
There are multiple avenues to go down in terms of property offers as there is 60% off Hangars, 50% off Yachts, and also 40% off Avenger Weapon & Vehicle Workshops.
