Rust comes to Call of Duty: Mobile on May 1

The next update for Call of Duty: Mobile, alongside the brand new Season for the game, arrives next week.

The new map for the Mobile game will be Rust from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

As probably everyone knows who is reading this, Rust is one of our featured Multiplayer maps in the next update and while we don’t have a lot to say about that classic CQB Call of Duty map, we want to share that this be available as soon as the next update releases next week.

Earlier this week, Activision announced first details on their esports plans for the mobile game, called Call of Duty®: Mobile World Championship presented by Sony. Activision says more details on the rules, qualifications, and more will be released on April 28. The esports season begins on Thursday, April 30.

Just to reiterate, our Call of Duty: Mobile World Championship 2020, sponsored by Sony Mobile, will be starting on April 30th! We are more than thrilled to finally confirm that yes it exists, yes it is a huge worldwide endeavor, and yes it will have the opportunity to win some lucrative prizes. We are going to be adding many of the major details on the 28th.
