How to tame a mount in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor

Before you can ride a mount in Jedi Survivor, you need to tame it. Here are the step-by-step instructions to do that:

  1. Find any suitable creature in-game.
  2. Go near the eligible creature.
  3. Once you do that, the appropriate option will prompt on the screen.
  4. Then, click on the prompted option on the screen.
  5. You need to tame the creature only once.

This ability to tame mounts will be unlocked when players progress further in the main story in Koboh and Cal reaches the Forest of Array. That is where he will learn to tame mounts through Cere Junda followed by a cutscene.

How to ride a mount in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor

In Jedi Survivor, you will ride mounts once you have tamed them. To ride, you simply have to go near them and approach the creature. After doing it, press the appropriate option on your platform that will allow you to ride the creature.

Relters are among the first creatures that Cal will mount in the Forest of Array. These are flying creatures that will move around in precise locations in Koboh. Although, you will be able to move sideways and jump off in specific areas. Keep in mind that the controls on this one are slightly limited and the creature will not take you in every area as it has restricted access in-game.

Nekko

Nekko is a two-legged creature and a proper mount in Jedi Survivor which can be found once players leave the Forest of Array. This mount can be used in combat while being equipped with a lightsaber. They are very effective in climbing steep regions and can additionally do a dual jump to reach more elevated grounds in-game.

Spamel

These tall creatures are ground-bound mounts that can be found in Jedha. Players will come across them as they travel to the region in-game. Although, it can move faster but cannot jump. Spamels have the ability to throw their own devastating attacks.
