Wondering how you can earn Starfield Credits fast and easy? One player has discovered a clever trick that Bethesda fans will be familiar with.

Bethesda are known for making games that give players agency and the creative freedom to outwit NPCs and carve their own path, and Starfield is no different.

Of course, there are repercussions for your actions in Starfield, as performing criminal actions such as smuggling and stealing with get you a bounty on your head, and if you’re caught, jail time.

That said, one player has found a genius loophole when it comes to theft in Starfield, allowing them to steal thousands of Credits in plain sight without being caught.

In certain areas of Starfield’s planets, you may find NPCs playing cards or other Casino games with Credstiks scattered around on tables. You can’t simply just walk over and pick up these Credstiks, as you’ll be caught for theft and cause all sorts of drama for yourself.

However, one player discovered that by using an object to shuffle Credstiks into a basket, you can avoid being caught for stealing. This was shown in a video shared by ‘shinobi602’ on X, and it’s pretty genuis.

If you didn’t know already, you can actually hold and carry objects in Starfield by holding the interact button.

With this knowledge, simply find a container such as the basket used in the video, place it near where the Credstiks are, and then hold another object and use it to push the Credstiks from the table into the container.

You can then move this container with the Credstiks inside to a safe place where you are hidden. You can then pick up all of the Credstiks in this safe space and you won’t be caught for stealing.

In the clip, the player is able to get over 20 Credstiks, earning them thousands of Credits in seconds. This is definitely a valid method that players should take advantage of if they ever stumble across a situation where Credstiks are out in the open.
