How to get High-Tensile Spidroin in Starfield
BethesdaHigh-Tensile Spidroin is a difficult resource to get in Starfield, but here’s a step-by-step guide on how you can get this rare material in the game as well as which vendors around the game’s open world tend to sell it.
As it is quite rare, you can quickly guess that High-Tensile Spidroin is needed for a lot of notable processes in Starfield. It’s one of the most valuable crafting materials in the game, and you’re bound to need it for upgrading your gear. You’ll find some of it from vendors but you can also get some from scavenging.
However, Starfield does provide a way to easily obtain High-Tensile Spidroin. You don’t have to rely on luck or fulfill any prerequisites to be eligible for this. So, here’s everything you need to know about finding High-Tensile Spidroin in Starfield to start leveling up your gear.
High-Tensile Spidroin harvest location in Starfield
In Starfield, you’ll find High-Tensile Spidroin in the Frigid Mountains of planet Linnaeus II in the Linnaeus Star System. This rare resource is derived from a plant called Frigid Palm, and you can find plenty of these in the Frigid Mountains.
To reach there, you’ll have to fast travel to the Linnaeus System and land on Linnaeus II. The bloom on top of the Frigid Palm can be harvested for High-Tensile Spidroin. You’ll find the Linnaeus System to the southeast of the Alpha Centauri Star System.
High-Tensile spidroin is found all over Linnaeus II, but the snowy mountain region near the north pole has the highest concentration. Linnaeus is a level 45 system, but it doesn’t have any over-leveled hostile creatures. So the polar region on Linnaeus II is quite safe for exploration, even at a lower level. Once you’ve found a Frigid Palm, scan it, approach it until the ‘Harvest’ prompt appears, and then collect your loot.
Which vendors sell High-Tensile Spidroin in Starfield?

As mentioned before, you can also find this crafting material at abandoned outposts or other locations. However, like with vendors, it comes down to luck.
