Having a strong battleship would surely take you a long way in Starfield and the Ecliptic Falcata II is one of them. Here’s how you can easily get the Ecliptic Falcata II battleship in Starfield, which costs 150,000 Credits, for free.

As you progress in Starfield, you’ll heavily rely on your ship to store things, attack enemies, travel across the star systems, and several other things. This is why you must aim to get the best ships out there and be prepared at all moments.

While you can always spend Credits to purchase better ships, it is not the most pocket-friendly method. The best ships in the game such as Ecliptic Falcata II and Narwhal are valued at hundreds of thousands of credits and stealing them from pirates is indeed a more convenient way.

On that note, here’s how you can obtain the best battleship in Starfield, Ecliptic Falcata II, for free.

How to get the best battleship in Starfield for free: Ecliptic Falcata II

Thanks to YouTuber Blue Thunder Gaming, here’s a step-by-step guide on how you can get the best battleship in Starfield for free, the Ecliptic Falcata II:

  1. Visit the Cheyenne system.
  2. Find planet Montara’s moon Wellish.
  3. Land at the Abandoned Bionics Lab on this moon.
  4. After landing, exit your ship and you should see another ship land nearby.
  5. Follow the direction of this unknown ship.
  6. While following this direction, you will see another unknown ship land on the moon, this is the battleship we’re looking for, so follow it.
  7. As you get closer to the ship, crouch and approach it from behind so you’re not detected.
  8. Slowly crouch-walk until you make it all the way to the ship’s entrance.
  9. Board the “Ecliptic Falcata II undetected and eliminate the crew inside.
  10. Once you have eliminated all of the crew, the ship is yours!

It’s important to note that there is a chance for other ships to spawn and for this to happen on other planets as well. To get the Ecliptic Falcata II, we recommend landing on this moon until you get the battleship encounter to spawn.

It can be pretty tricky to board the Ecliptic Falcata II undetected and you may need some patience to wait for enemies to move away from it in order to sneak past, so we recommend keeping a save just before you do so. If you fail and the ship takes off, just reload the save and try again.

The ship has plenty of exotic and rare weapons on board, so make sure you check those all out. It is pretty beefy and is perfect for those who might be struggling with dog fights.

It’s also valued at 150k Credits, so if you don’t want it or prefer your ship, you could even sell it.
