After returning for the third time, the unlimited Stim glitch is continuing to haunt Warzone. But despite claims that it has been patched, this doesn’t appear to be the case.
One of Warzone’s most important updates in some time was released recently. The patch was brought in to end the overuse of the DMR and Mac-10. It was also supposed to bring another circulation of the infinite Stim glitch to an end.
The weapons have definitely suffered the effects of the patch, whereas the Stim glitch, despite the dev’s claims, is ironically still alive and kicking.
Warzone Stim glitch still remains after patch
The infamous glitch that allows players to infinitely abuse the Stim Shot item returned to Warzone recently, much to the dismay of its players.
By exploiting a couple of basic actions, the bug allowed players to keep using the Stim over and over until the game reaches its conclusion.
This led to many players venturing off into the endgame gas to hide. But instead of succumbing to the lethal effects of the gas, they just kept topping up their health thanks to an endless supply of Stims.
The Warzone Jan 13 update was supposed to bring an end to the third iteration of the game-breaking glitch. But many players are reporting that it hasn’t been patched and is still very much active in Warzone.

ModernWarzone officially reported it. The accompanying comments underneath have also been able to testify to this as well.
These were some of the responses from Warzone players:
Players are clearly unhappy and you can imagine that another patch/update is already in the works for Warzone. If the Stim glitch continues to remain after further attempts to stop it, then perhaps it may end up getting moved to the vault after all.

Best MAC-10 loadout for CoD: Warzone Season 5
The MAC-10 is one of Warzone’s best SMGs in Season 5, here are its best attachments and Perks to make the best Warzone MAC-10 loadout.
Even in Warzone Season 5, the MAC-10 is still one of the best SMG loadout choices in the game. See how you can make the best MAC-10 CoD loadout possible with our complete guide.
Call of Duty: Warzone is now well into its fifth season, and after all this time, the MAC-10 continues to reign supreme as an elite killer.
The lack of significant changes has allowed the MAC-10 to remain at the top of the best SMGs in Call of Duty’s primary battle royale game.
We’ve gathered the most useful attachments and Perks you can run to dominate Season 5 with our best Warzone MAC-10 loadout.
Best Warzone MAC-10 loadout
Best Warzone MAC-10 loadout attachments
- Muzzle: Agency Suppressor
- Barrel: 5.9″ Task Force
- Laser: Tiger Team Spotlight
- Stock: Raider Stock
- Ammunition: STANAG 53 Rnd Drum
To keep yourself hidden from the minimap in Warzone while increasing your bullet velocity, aim down sight speed, and sprint to fire speed, there’s no better option than the Agency Suppressor. It will transform the MAC-10 into an entirely new, insanely dominant weapon for close-quarter battles.
A larger MAC-10 magazine allows for a longer burst of fire if needed, and given that the Warzone can throw a whole squad at you, the STANAG 53 Rnd Drum will justify itself in these situations.
There are a few barrels that you can go for, but the 5.9″ Task Force is the best option in our eyes. At the minor cost of some recoil control, you can greatly increase the weapon’s range, damage, and mobility.
The Tiger Team Spotlight will help make you even more agile when using the best Warzone MAC-10 loadout, as it provides a big boost to your movement speed and aim walking speed.
These attachments will weigh the MAC-10 down considerably, so you should add the Raider Stock for extra mobility. You’ll have increased sprint-to-fire time and be able to strafe shoot with ease.
Best Perks to use with Warzone MAC-10 class
- Perk 1: E.O.D
- Perk 2: Overkill / Ghost
- Perk 3: Combat Scout
The MAC-10 is a weapon you want to use up-close, so the E.O.D Perk is necessary. You’ll be able to tank an onslaught of explosives, keeping you in the fight.
You can then get the Ghost perk from a second loadout to hide from UAVs and Heartbeat Sensors. And for Perk 3, Combat Scout is a solid choice. Make sure you land even a single shot, and it will light up your opponent with a live ping marker for five seconds – game-changer.
Most recent buffs and nerfs to MAC-10 in Warzone
Raven Software has tinkered with the MAC-10 here and there since the gun came into Warzone with the Cold War integration.
The latest update for MAC-10 was back in the Season 4 Reloaded update, and here’s the full extent of those changes:
- MAC-10 (BOCW)
- Maximum Damage decreased from 24 to 23
- Minimum Damage decreased from 20 to 19
How to unlock the MAC-10
The MAC-10 was released as part of Warzone and Cold War Season 1’s Battle Pass. If you never unlocked the weapon during Season 1, you can now unlock it through a challenge.
- Warzone: You must kill 2 or more players rapidly, using SMGs, in 15 different matches.
The quickest and easiest way to unlock the MAC-10 is to play Black Ops Cold War’s multiplayer and queue into small maps like Nuketown ’84. Remember to complete each match, too, as leaving early causes issues with progress tracking.
For Warzone, you can either queue into Plunder with an SMG equipped and aggressively push teams or, if you get an SMG in the battle royale warm-up, quickly take out two players waiting for the round to begin.
The best Warzone MAC-10 loadout excels up close, so if you’re looking for another weapon to fill its spot, there are a few options.
If you’re looking for a weapon with a ton of bullets in the magazine and can take out multiple enemies quickly in close quarters, the Bullfrog is a solid alternative to the best Warzone MAC-10 loadout.

Warzone players believe “free kill” Stun Grenades need a major nerf
Stun Grenades are too powerful according to Warzone players and need to be nerfed to make 1v1s more competitive.
Call of Duty: Warzone allows users to hurl Stun Grenades at their opponents to give them a temporary advantage, but players feel they need to be nerfed.
When people talk about meta equipment and loadouts for Warzone, players default to the game’s best guns and Perks. Season 5 has seen the likes of the Krig 6, FARA 83, and MAC-10 ruin opponents regularly, and beasts like the Combat Scout Perk drastically change combat.
Yet, smaller details are continually overlooked, such as thrown equipment. An OP Assault Rifle loadout is one thing, but if you get stunned before you get a chance to use it properly, then it can be game over straightaway.
This is why players feel they need to have their powers lessened as “The effect lasts way too long and the effects are way too brutal.”
The argument was put forward on the Call of Duty: Warzone subreddit by a user called JCglitchmaster, and they argued their case against Stun Grenades.
“When you are stunned in MW or WZ, you’re dead 99/100 times. It doesn’t matter if you are running the perk to counter it, it doesn’t matter if your enemy is miles away. The effect lasts way too long and the effects are way too brutal.”
The user places most of the blame on Infinity Ward, as the problem started with the release of 2019’s Modern Warfare.
But, they’ve now shifted a lot of the responsibility onto Raven’s shoulders saying: “you’ve had nearly 2 years to address this and you just haven’t. What blows my mind even more is this issue was also present in Blackout.”
In the grand scheme of things, we could easily see Raven not prioritizing an issue like this as, generally, most players will opt to run a Heartbeat Sensor in that slot.

How to complete Warzone Season 5 Reloaded Red Door Easter Egg
Here’s how to complete Warzone Season 5 Reloaded’s new Red Door Easter Egg and earn an exclusive Calling Card.
YouTuber Geeky Pastimes has solved a brand-new Warzone Red Door Easter Egg that was added after Season 5 Reloaded, so here’s how to complete it and earn an exclusive Calling Card.
Warzone has had several Easter Eggs and mysteries to solve over its lifetime, including the mysterious bunkers and Rebirth Island’s Yellow Door. Now, YouTuber and professional video game puzzle solver Geeky Pastimes has discovered a new Warzone Easter Egg that was added after the Season 5 Reloaded update.
This Easter Egg went relatively under the radar until Raven Software was forced to fix errors with the puzzle and its Calling Card reward in the September 15 update. The Easter Egg is straightforward when you know how, so here’s how to complete it in Warzone Season 5.
How to complete Warzone Red Door Easter Egg
YouTuber Geeky Pastimes was the first person to solve this Easter Egg after the Red Doors began behaving erratically following the Season 5 Reloaded update.
Geeky Pastimes realized that after the Reloaded update, codes started appearing when you go through Red Doors. He figured out that each number of the code was assigned to the letters of the alphabet, forming words.
Getting the codes from every single Red Door Room and arranging them in the order of the stations created the sentence: “Lay The King To Final Rest Above The Bones Of Six Feet Depth.”
Geeky Pastimes figured out that “The King” was the Cane Blueprint you get from these Red Door Loot Rooms, and “Bones” are buried in the graveyard.
So, they took the Cane to Verdansk Graveyard near Superstore and discovered that you can interact with the ground near one of the queen-shaped headstones with dirt in front of it. This one can be found at the northwest end of the graveyard, in front of a large tree.
Getting the Cane is the most important step, so you can check out our full Red Door guide to get your hands on it.
Your Operator digs in the ground, and the game will tell you “Challenge Completed” and you’ll unlock an exclusive Calling Card.
To summarize how to complete the Season 5 Reloaded Easter Egg:
- Travel through a Red Door in Verdansk ’84
- Once inside the loot room, open chests until you find the ‘Lost Lion/The King’ Cane
- Take the Cane to Verdansk Graveyard near Superstore
- Head to the queen-shaped gravestone in front of a big tree, at the northwest end of the Graveyard
- Look at the floor until you get a “???” prompt, and press the interact button
- After your Operator digs, you’ll get a prompt telling you “Challenge Complete” and you’ll get the exclusive Calling Card
Warzone Season 5 Reloaded Easter Egg reward
For completing this Easter Egg, you’ll get the Blessed Excrement Calling Card. This Rare cosmetic item depicts an Operator shouting “Holy Sh*t!” and you can only get it for doing this challenge, so you can flex your Easter Egg solving skills.
Also, it’s worth noting that the Calling Card isn’t censored in-game.
