Latest Stim Glitch CoD: Warzone already fixed by Raven

The stim glitch has made another return to Call of Duty: Warzone for the sixith time. Luckily, players won’t have to worry too much this time.

The infamous Stim Glitch has made its seemingly monthly return in CoD: Warzone for the sixth time.

However, this time, Raven Software has been quick to address the issue. The studio tweeted on March 16 that the bug has already been fixed in a hot fix update that went live on the night of March 15.

The stim glitch returned after being fixed a few weeks back in Warzone.

In multiple tweets from content creators and upon some research, players started to notice the issue in game.

After many fixes from Raven over the past few months, the glitch this time around was quite ineffective when compared to past iterations.

If a player performs the glitch, they’ll be restricted to just a single weapon and walking, or else the glitch will break, reversing their unlimited stims.

As always, this glitch was technically an unlimited tactical glitch, so expect some players to abuse this for unlimited flash and stun grenades.

This sixth version of the glitch did not appear to become an issue come end-game situations, especially with the new more lethal gas introduced with the Season 2 update.

If a player remains in the gas for longer then 40 seconds, the game will just automatically eliminate the player, completely rendering the appeal of the stim glitch useless.

In order to maintain integrity in Warzone, we will not be detailing how to do this bug. We’ve verified ourselves that the exploit is possible to perform, and we recommend players do not abuse this glitch, as it may result in a game ban.

How to improve your aim in Call of Duty: Warzone

Here are some top tips to practice and remember to ensure your aim is laser accurate in Call of Duty: Warzone Season 3.

How to improve your aim in CoD Warzone

Whether you’re new to Call of Duty or are a veteran looking to improve your kill/death ratio, these tips will help you improve your aim in Call of Duty: Warzone.

Aim is probably the most important aspect of shooters, especially battle royale games. Even with the best position, missing your shots will lose you the firefight. But with good aim, you can survive the worst situations Warzone throws at you.

The problem with trying to improve your aim in battle royale games is that there may be a lot of downtime between firefights. If you’re in an area with no enemies or you die before getting into a real fight, you won’t be getting much chance to practice your aim.

We’ve put together some top tips to help you get started, stay accurate in-game, and maximize your time while practicing.

Find the right Warzone sensitivity

Whether you’re playing Warzone on mouse and keyboard or controller, sensitivity is one of the most important aspects of your aim. Having your sensitivity to slow will make your aim sluggish, preventing you from effectively tracking fast-moving players. Too high, however, and your crosshair will rush past your target as you overshoot.

Alex aiming in Warzone

A common mistake is to find your favorite streamers such as NICKMERCS or Dr Disrespect and copy their settings. Unfortunately, sensitivity isn’t a one-shoe-fits-all matter. You’ll need to find the aim that’s perfect for you and your playstyle.

Play either Modern Warfare’s multiplayer or Warzone’s practice mode and you can mess with your sensitivity while shooting the bots until you’re comfortable.

You can also check out our full guide on the best controller settings for Warzone.

Center your aim

You might have heard Warzone’s top players talk about ‘centering’ their aim. To put centering simply, you need to make sure the white crosshair in the center of your screen is always where you anticipate enemies to be.

Warzone sniping

Something that a lot of battle royale players are guilty of is aiming at the floor as they loot. If someone jumps you while your aim is on the floor, you’ll need to aim up to hit them, which takes time. If you’ve got the crosshair aimed where an enemy could come from, you’ll hardly need to adjust your aim, allowing you to quickly snap onto them.

Remembering to center is the only difficult aspect, but it’ll do wonders for your overall aim and reaction time. It’s easy to do while navigating Verdansk – for example, if you’re approaching a building with a window facing you, center your crosshair on the window in anticipation of a player appearing there.

Once you’ve got centering down in Warzone, you need to make sure your shots are doing the maximum damage. While hitting enemies in the head is the fastest way to kill them, it’s also the most difficult.

Ghost fighting in CoD Warzone

You should center your aim around chest height. This is the biggest area on their body so your shots have the most chance of landing, and the recoil will naturally move your aim to their head. Once you’re confident with your aim, then start exclusively going for headshots, but we recommend beginning with the basics.

Keep centering in your mind while playing, and before you know it, you’ll build a habit and won’t even have to think about it anymore.

Use 3D Aim Trainer to practice

There are several aim trainers you can download to warm up and practice your aim for mouse and keyboard. We recommend using 3D Aim Trainer because, not only is it free, it actually replicates playing Warzone. You can set your FOV to match Warzone’s, as well as pick from a list of Modern Warfare weapons to practice with.

For example, if you’re struggling with the CR-56 AMAX’s recoil, you can choose the AMAX along with the VLK 3.0x Optic and practice to your heart’s content. They’ve also created a training drill that hones all aspects of your aim and will provide you with a detailed stats breakdown so you can see where you need to improve.

You can download 3D Aim trainer completely for free, or just use it through your browser. Spending 20-30 minutes a day focusing solely on your aim will do more good for your accuracy than hours of Warzone.

You can even practice your CoD Mobile aim by downloading their mobile app on Android and IOS.

Other than these tips, the best way to improve your Warzone gameplay is simply by playing the game. However, keep these tips in mind while playing and you’ll be tracking and hitting flick shots like the pros in no time.

Best PPSH-41 loadout for CoD: Warzone Season 3

Warzone Season 3’s monstrous new SMG is here, and our loadout will make the PPSH-41 unreal – thanks to the right attachments & perks.

Published

on

cod warzone season 3 ppsh

The PPSH-41 is now in Warzone. The notoriously fast-firing SMG is sure to cause big damage in Warzone Season 3, so make sure you’re not missing out with our best loadout, complete with attachments and perks.

Multiple Call of Duty games have featured the PPSH-41 SMG, and it’s been mega-popular and used frequently in them all. Its blistering speed can sometimes be hard to control, but given that Warzone has a near-endless stream of attachments, the PPSH can become a beast.

Season 3 represents a fresh start for the battle royale, and thanks to recent nerfs and updates, the regurgitation of AUG, M16, and FFAR loadouts could finally be over. Repetitive classes have been nuked, as well as Verdansk, and the PPSH is here to stake its claim as the meta king.

Best Warzone Season 3 PPSH-41 attachments

cod warzone ppsh smg
  • Muzzle: GRU Suppressor
  • Barrel: 7.4″ Task Force
  • Stock: Raider Stock
  • Ammunition: 55 Rnd Mag
  • Rear Grip: Serpent Wrap

To get this PPSH loadout rolling we’re immediately applying the popular GRU Suppressor as we want our SMG to be quiet, but still, own at any range. The 7.4″ Task Force barrel is a must for most SMGs as, again, it helps it to excel and increase its damage over longer distances.

The Raider Stock is great for increasing your overall mobility and speed, and the 55 Rnd Mag gives us a little bit extra to finish off two or three players.

We finish the attachments off with the Serpent Wrap as its increased ADS, with little drawbacks, is a big plus to munch enemies at close range.

Best perks to run with Warzone’s PPSH

cod warzone overkill perk
  • Perk 1: E.O.D
  • Perk 2: Overkill
  • Perk 3: Amped

Given that you’re going to want to get in close with PPSH on a regular basis in Warzone, E.O.D will allow you to shrug off Thermite, Claymores, and other explosive distractions.

Even with attachments, an SMG still lacks the full range that an Assault Rifle can offer, so Overkill lets us play with a longer-range gun. Whereas Amped is a necessity to switch from a ranged weapon to the PPSH in no time at all for a sudden engagement.

How to unlock the PPSH in Warzone & Cold War

cod warzone ppsh-41 smg perks

For all of you desperate to get your hands on the PPSH-41, you’ll be pleased to know that it won’t take much effort.

To unlock the PPSH-41, players will simply need to reach Level 15 in the Battle Pass, a free tier.

Also, because the same XP is tied to both Cold War and Warzone, the good news is that you can unlock the PPSH-41 on either game.

Best alternatives to the PPSH-41 in Warzone

The PPSH is simply a machine. But if you want some serious range to go with it, then equip something meaty like the HDR or LW3 Tundra.

Or, become a close-mid-range monster and pair the PPSH with the Gallo SA12.

Every Warzone Season 3 weapon buff & nerf: FFAR, AUG & more

Warzone Season 2’s most dominant weapons have finally been nerfed, so here’s every weapon change in Warzone Season 3.

Warzone M16 and FFAR nerfed

Warzone Season 3 is here, and it’s brought a ton of weapon balance changes with it, including nerfs to the dominant M16, AUG, and FFAR. Here’s every weapon buff and nerf in Warzone Season 3.

Warzone Season 3 is officially here. On top of new Operators and weapons, a ton of adjustments have been made to Black Ops Cold War’s weapons in the battle royale.

While certain Cold War weapons were underpowered compared to their Modern Warfare counterparts, others killed way faster than the norm. As of Season 3, the AUG, M16, and FFAR have finally been nerfed, and other weapons such as the Krig 6 and Cold War AK-47 have been buffed.

Here’s every change that has been made to weapons and attachments in Warzone Season 3.

PPSH and Swiss K31 added to Warzone

As with all new Call of Duty seasons, players have been given some new weapons to play with in Season 3. These are the classic PPSH SMG and a new bolt-action sniper, the Swiss K31.

Swiss K31 in Cold War and Warzone

Both of these weapons are available in the Season 3 Battle Pass and can be equipped in both Warzone and Black Ops Cold War. You’ll unlock the PPSH quickly at Tier 15, and the Swiss K31 can be unlocked later at Tier 31.

M16, AUG, FFAR 1 nerfed in Warzone Season 3

The highlight of this update is the nerfing of the M16, AUG, and FFAR 1. These weapons dominated the entirety of Season 2, with their incredibly low time-to-kill making them the only viable choices.

Raven Software finally tamed the beasts, lowering the Tactical Rifles’ damage and fire rate. With these changes, the devs said, “you will now need to aim deliberately if you intend to kill quickly.”

Although the FFAR has received nerfs in the past, this one appears to be final. They’ve reduced its damage across the board and reduced its ADS speed again. Raven said that “the FFAR 1 will remain a respectable option following this change, but it should now be a playstyle preference rather than a loadout necessity.”

Warzone FFAR 1

Raven Software also proactively nerfed the Groza in anticipation of it becoming the new meta after the FFAR’s nerf. As streamer NICKMERCS explained, the Groza was a rival to the FFAR, and Raven was aware of this. They increased its recoil and lowered its ADS speed and damage to “allow for some healthy competition in this weapon category.”

Developers also expect the CR-56 AMAX to be the dominant gun at the beginning of Season 3. They said, “we are keeping a close eye on the AMAX. No king rules forever.
