Despite the Vanguard Season 4 update looking to bring some new content to the game, players are furious with the amount that will be arriving.

Vanguard Season 4 is right around the corner, with Call of Duty officially revealing the roadmap for the season so the community has an idea of what to expect.

The update looks to bring a variety of content for Multiplayer, including the UGM-8 LMG, the Macro 5 SMG, new maps, and even a round-based Zombies map for fans of the undead mode. Having said that, players are expressing disappointment, claiming that the content is still not enough.

Call of Duty content creator TheXclusiveAce shared their opinion on the Vanguard Season 4 content, stating that the lack of content makes it difficult to enjoy Vanguard.

The YouTuber highlights the fact that players will only be getting two Multiplayer maps in the update, and one of them is a remake of WWII’s USS Texas.

It seems Xclusive Ace does enjoy Vanguard, but these seasonal updates simply don’t have enough content to keep him engaged: “I actually like playing Vanguard but it needs more content and new ways to play in order to keep me engaged and excited to play.”

Further, there are even more comments under our CharlieIntel Twitter post expressing dissatisfaction with the Warzone and Vanguard Season 4 Roadmap reveal.

Many of the comments are surprised at the WWII map USS Texas returning in Vanguard, with some saying that “they brought back the most hated map from ww2.”

The lack of content is even causing players to think that Call of Duty “don’t care about multiplayer anymore,” hoping that the devs would “AT LEAST TRY and attract players with the content for MP.”

It’s a shame that fans of the CoD Multiplayer experience are feeling hard done by with the new Vanguard Season 4 content, but hopefully, players can enjoy the new maps and weapons once the update is released.

It seems the majority of excitement from the community revolves around Warzone and the release of the new Fortune’s Keep map.
