Call of Duty’s latest pop culture crossover brought Attack on Titan to the game, and players have discovered that the anime bundle offers bullet-dodging abilities.

After weeks of leaks and rumors, Call of Duty’s Attack on Titan bundle arrived in Vanguard and Warzone during Season 1. While players were slammed the “embarrassing” Operator skin and called the bundle “broken,” one of the Finishing Moves could just save your life.

The flashy anime-style Finishing Move can actually let you dodge bullets, automatically moving you into cover and away from harm.

Finishing Moves allow Call of Duty players to eliminate a full health opponent with an elaborate third-person animation. Usually, you’re an open target while your character is doing the move, but not with the Attack on Titan Bundle.

In a clip uploaded by Reddit user ‘Dreamweaver_duh,’ we can see how activating the ‘Steel Cut’ Finishing Move let them stylishly spin into cover, dodging bullets along the way.

They started the execution at an unfortunate moment, which would normally make them an easy target for the enemy watching the action unfold. However, with the power of anime on their side, their player model slid into cover as every bullet missed, and they even managed to complete the Finishing Move.

Unfortunately, the enemy was too close for them to escape for long, but given another second, they would have avoided death entirely.

While some players weren’t sure much use this would actually be, one player said “not gonna lie, that looked really badass,” and another simply remarked: “Anime powers.”

Of course, while you can’t replicate this clip every time you use the Steel Cut Finishing Move, it might just save your life the next time you’re caught executing an enemy.

If leaks are to be believed, there’s set to be another Attack on Titan bundle hitting the CoD store soon.
