Vanguard’s broken spawns cause players to start with enemy team

Players have been experiencing some pretty bad Vanguard spawns in multiplayer, causing them to start the match with the enemy team.

Although Vanguard‘s launch has been fairly smooth, there have, of course, been some complaints about Zombies and the Multiplayer mode.

When a new Call of Duty game drops, you can always expect some issues. But Players aren’t happy with Vanguard’s spawns causing players to start the game on the enemy’s side of the map.

Shipment in Call of Duty: Vanguard

Reddit users BomberLeague and lilfurbabies both posted clips to the Vanguard subreddit that featured them spawning with the enemy team.

Usually, spawn issues can occur during a match. However, it’s odd to see players spawning directly with the enemy team when the game has just begun.

In BomberLeague’s clip, they fall victim to the issue as an enemy spawns on their side and kills the team. Others in the comments have also experienced the same issue. One comment read, “I lost count of the amount of times tonight I spawned holding hands with an enemy lol.”

In lilfurbabies clip, they are the one who spawns and takes out the enemy team right as the match begins.

Both clips show a different side of the story. It’s clear that this isn’t just a one-off, and it’s a widespread issue impacting players across the community.

Spawning has always been a hot topic when it comes to the Multiplayer mode in Call of Duty. It’s not easy to get right and usually takes a few tweaks and updates until the issues are ironed out.

Having said that, there always seems to be problems with spawning. Players will often experience hardships with the spawns even well into the game’s release.

Hopefully, this isn’t the case with Vanguard and this issue is sorted out as soon as possible. The developers do seem more engaged with the community this year, with one of the developers recently discussing the Radar Perk live with CharlieINTEL.
