Warzone 2 players are demanding change as they highlight a HUD issue that is blocking their visibility and getting some killed unfairly.

Warzone 2 is certainly not immune to bugs, glitches, and other issues, even if each update aims to solve a lot of the game’s problems.

In Season 2 Reloaded, players have already discovered some frustrating glitches, such as one which actually downs players before they even get the chance to jump out of the plane. Now, players have complaints about another one of the game’s issues, and while it’s not a bug, the community is desperate for change.

Visibility is a huge aspect of any competitive shooter, and players are not happy with the quality of visibility in Warzone 2.

In the BR, players will often get an announcement on their screen about various in-game events such as the Black Site being opened or respawn being disabled when playing Resurgence on Ashika Island.

This has led to complaints about the game’s “awful” HUD, as Reddit user Jesus_COD posted a clip in the Warzone subreddit showcasing just how distracting the HUD announcement can be, causing “visibility problems.”

As you can see in the video, the “Respawning Disabled” announcement on the HUD completely blocked the visibility of an enemy player they were trying to shoot. Luckily, the player was able to get the down, but there’s no doubt that the banner got in the way, and they explain the problem further in the comments.

The OP said that they “lose gunfights” because of the “HUD garbage all the time on the screen,” which makes the game’s “terrible visibility” even worse, and even suggests that the devs “pull this damn line a bit up.”

They aren’t the only one who has issues with the game’s HUD either, as another user in the comments said “s**ts annoying, got killed twice last night in WZ because I couldn’t see my target anyway. It needs to be more opaque or turn off when you ADS.”

Clearly, players feel that something needs to change with these “awful” HUD announcements and banners. The devs have been working hard to bring meaningful community-requested updates, such as the option to invert Flashbangs. That said, it’s unclear if this issue will be addressed.
